  I put under patch 3377508 - AFCPCTX. SH FAILS WITH ORA - 6502 WHEN FNDCPUCF RUNS, ran autoconfig and same error.
  I applied patch 3810902 -AUTOCONFIG OUT WITH ERRORS, ran autoconfig and still finished with error.
  
  This time, I get the following:

  First of all I must say that we have solved this problem, but we still don't know why it happened if we are still looking for answers. The is problem Monday where he wasn't a function package with the following error:

  It happened because the DB link was deleted then recreated. There must be some kind of internal pointers to the table through the link that is stored with the specification of function, so why all you have to do it recompile the package.

  Background info: I am building a cluster RAC test 11.2.0.3 running on a hardware IBM pSeries with AIX 6.1 operating system level. I need to create a cluster, and then adding a new node later practice. Due to availability limited hardware, my initial cluster will be node 1 and I'll add additional nodes later.
  
  I installed successfully grid Infrastructure. GI and ASM are online and seem to function normally. Today, I installed the 11.2.0.3 database software. Now, I'm trying to create a test using DBCA database. After you have entered all the information database (SID information, where must reside files db, sizing of memory, etc.), the creation of the database starts, then immediately emits the error message ' ORA-12547: TNS: lost contact. "
  
  I searched MOS (Metalink) and also reviewed a few sites using Google. All the information indicates that this problem most often occurs when you try to connect to an existing database using sqlplus. I have not found that everything about this error message when the database was created.

  No, the language should not be a problem...?

  Was the file transferred by FTP...? CR information can be a problem here when
  Export on Unix/Linux and import on windows (or vice versa). You might consider re-export
  He (note not only characters, but also the "File Format" setting) and be careful when
  FTP file transfer (ascii / binary mode).

  If this does not work, you can try the following approach:
  Import the file using SQL * Plus - you need to manually adjust space of work-ID and application ID.
