Automatic sending of emails

I need help to write a script that will automatically send an e-mail when quanitiy of production is below expectations.  For now, I have a script to send an e-mail, but it is not automated.  It displays the e-mail actually it's the self and the user manually hit the send.  I don't want the opportunity not to send the e-mail message.  Is it possible to do this?

Help, please!

Then use the script to the folder level:

myMailMsg = app.trustPropagatorFunction (function (vTo, vSubject, vMsg) {}

app.beginPriv ();

app.mailMsg ({bUI: false, cTo: vTo, bassujetti: vSubject, CMSG: vMsg});

app.endPriv ();

});

myTrustedMailMsg = app.trustedFunction (function (vTo, vSubject, vMsg) {}

app.beginPriv ();

myMailMsg (vTo, vSubject, vMsg);

app.endPriv ();

});

And then you call it like this:

myTrustedMailMsg ("[email protected]", "Object", "Hi there!")

  • Can you automatically add email address to your contacts whenever you send an email

    Original title: Hellswood

    You can automatically add email address to your contacts whenever you send an email in windows live mail. It seems that it will only add automatically after you reply to an e-mail and it was after the third answer. I want to save any new email address I send first time

    Hello

    Thanks for posting your concern here at the Microsoft Community forum. Let me help you with your concern.

    It's design on Windows live mail. Go to Windows Live Mail file > Option > Mail > Send tab you will see the option to add automatically the people I answer to my address book after the third answer box.

    If you use the web Outlook.com. When you reply to an e-mail message that includes an e-mail address that is not on your contact list, you may be prompted to add. You can also add contacts manually.

    For more information, see contact management lists in Outlook.com

    I hope this helps. If you need help with Windows, let us know and will be happy to help you.

  • Is it possible to configure Thunderbird to send an email to the primary and laternate email outside an address list?

    I use Thunderbird 17.0.6 on a Windows 7 platform.

    Some of the names in my address book have an e-mail address and an alternate email address. Is it possible to send the e-mail sent to this name to two primary and alternative address? I know that I can use a list or a key name in the field on two occasions, by selecting the desired address.

    I was expecting a button that would automatically send e-mail to two address when the alternative e-mail address field has a value.

    There is nothing like this. Usually send the same mail to the person even on the two e-mail addresses would be considered spam them and can see you banned from some e-mail systems.

  • How to remove a name that appears when I enter a name of another person that I want to send an email to?

    I click on write. Then I put in the initials "db", which automatically calls an email address of people that I don't know instead of the person ("db"), I want to send the e-mail. I want to delete the name so it will not pop up again, but I can't find any way to do it.

    Any contact suggestions come from your address books. Find contact and delete. You have at least 2 default address books.

    Dim strCommand As String

    strCommand = strCommand & "subject=" & Chr$(34) & strSubject & Chr$(34) & "&"
    strCommand = strCommand & "body=" & Chr$(34) & strBody & Chr$(34)

    Call Shell(strCommand, vbNormalFocus)

    Automatic sending of mail is not supported. It is extremely difficult to get malware to spew spam with your email client if it does not have an automated shipping option.

    I suggest you use vbs > code SMTP to send your mail. If you use Google or Outlook.com e-mail sent using the SMTP server can be synchronized in the sent folder.

    You have apparent dbx file corruption.

    Spend most of your messages out of the Inbox and then create new folders to send and sent items box after having moved the messages you want to save to a local folder that you create.

    Tools | Options | Maintenance | Store folder will reveal the location of your Outlook Express files. Note the location and navigate on it in Explorer Windows or, copy and paste in start | Run.

    In Windows XP, Win2K & Win2K3 the OE user files (DBX and WAB) are by default marked as hidden. To view these files in Windows Explorer, you must enable Show hidden files and folders under start | Control Panel | Folder Options icon | Opinion, or in Windows Explorer. Tools | Folder options | View.

    With OE closed, find the DBX files for the items in the Outbox and sent and delete them.  New ones will be created automatically when you open OE.

    After you're done, followed by compacting your folders manually while working * off * and do it often.

    Click Outlook Express at the top of the the folder tree so no folders are open. Then: File | Work offline (or double-click on work online in the status bar). File | Folder | Compact all folders. Don't touch anything until the compacting is completed.

    General precautions for Outlook Express:

    Do not archive mail in the receipt or sent items box. Create your own user-defined folders and move messages you want to put in them. Empty the deleted items folder daily. Although the dbx files have a theoretical capacity of 2 GB, I recommend all a 300 MB max for less risk of corruption.

    Whenever I send an email error message box comes up (with no message) and the email is sent to the Outbox, even if the email is actually sent and received by the addressee.
