  Maybe you can share what, exactly, you enter in a cell.  A screenshot is also useful.

  

  Here's a way to do what I think you want:

  Enter amounts in cells B1, B2 and B3

  Select cell B6, and type (or copy and paste it here) the formula:

  =B2*B3*B1/365.25/100

  shortcut for this is:

  B6=B2*B3*B1/365.25/100

Then I have three text boxes that displays a date of 7 days, 14 days and 28 days in advance. I am working on this for a client, and they would also be able to manually change the dates in one of these areas of text as well. I'm having a difficult time my head around what I do and need advice of packing. Whenever I try to enter a date, it immediately calculates and returns today's date (and updates the other boxes as well).

  Note that this does no validation that a suitable date has been entered in a text field.

  To manually enter the data points in the application of health, first go to the display of data on health as shown below.

  

  Then select category to which you want to enter data in (I'll use body measurements for example), then press on what data you enter (measurements > weight). In the upper right corner, it will be a plus + icon for you to manually enter your own data points.
