• Effect of cropping - Image bleeding by mask with feathers?

  Hi all

  I am applying a form customized with the cropping effect mask. I've attached a picture showing the issue. The edge of the cropped image is bleeding in the mask as a result of the addition of a feather mask. I encountered this problem in several projects for the past few weeks. Anyone have any suggestions!

  Better is not not to use the mask with the cropping effect, but rather of opacity mask.

• Back to image on the screen?

  My wife (a HP S2031) with Win7 computer; Several months ago the menu bar disappeared, and we were unable to recover.  Everything else worked.  Today, when you sleep she comes back to her and was back in the menu bar, but all the desktop icons disappeared.  We tried to access one of the programs (quicken) in the start menu and he moved to the menu bar, but the screen did not come.  Then I tried to pull on the control panel for "System Restore", the Control Panel icon moved to the menu bar, but once again the screen does not seem to come.  Everything by manipulating the stop sign & on, it appeared to start, but at the extreme left and turned off the monitor on screen.  I think that this is normally, but off the field of the screen.  Is it possible that I can get the active screen to return to the screen?

  1. what security software is installed on the computer?

  2. have you made changes on the computer recently?

  Method 1.

  Start the computer in safe mode and check if that helps.

  If the problem does not occur in safe mode, then proceed to clean boot state.

  A clean boot to test if any element of service or third party application startup is causing this issue.

  Run a full scan of the computer with the Microsoft Safety Scanner to make sure that the computer is virus-free.

  Method 3.

  My apologies for this novice question - just started using InDesign yesterday!

  I have a book of 12 pages A4. Pages 2 and 3, I have an image background full screen on every page with 3mm overhang. The problem I have is that when I export the PDF Print file, the image on the next page appears in the background box lost on the other page.

  For example, on page 2, the substantive area lost on the right side is filled with the left side of the image of page 3 (see red arrow in the image below) and vice versa for page 3 with the image on page 2.

  There is a good reason for separate pages like this - when the book is related to the bound wirobound/spiral/comb (or whatever the term fits) but the spiral of things instead of a spine or staples.

  To the OP - this is quite normal. The print is not in headliner area - and needs to be cut by the players.

  If this is a problem, do as shown above.

• block images in 1 click in 4.0

  In 3.x, I discovered and actively used the feature [right click on the picture] - block images from [web site]. My screen has been clean of annoying ads, especially with animated gifs. Now that I put one of my PCs to 4.0 it is not found. To block images, I have to open info image, copy the address and paste it from the Tools-Options menu. Even though I love 4.0 in general, very probably I will postpone the upgrade on the other boxes and probably return to 3.x the already updated. Is it possible to get the image blocking feature in a future version of 4.x?

• Satellite Pro A120 - no image on external projector

  Do you have a downgrade for win XP on Satellite Pro A120.

  If I connect to an external projector I no longer get a picture of it. I tried the shortcut key and it will turn off the picture on the LCD screen of the laptop so the keyboard shortcut works, more also tried manually via the graphic properties.

  The only time where an image of the projector that I have spend is when I restart, in which case, on reboot, I get a picture on the projector, but not the laptop. Then, when I try to switch to hot key or graphic accessories I can go back to the laptop but then can't get back the image of the projector on.
  If I leave the projector image and do not a hot key switch as soon as I make a stop the stop then displayed on both devices.
  I reinstalled the display driver and the drivers from the chipset, but without success.

  Hello my name is Cris and I try to record images 8-bit generated from a Smart Camera NI 1742, which has a frame rate up to 60 images per second. I want pictures of flow time I need and save each image. I've currently implemented the next VI I found in this article: Images streaming of a Vision Compact to a local AVI system , one of my goals was the next, can save an AVI file and now I can do it. According to this article on the screws flattens the images for data of type string, and sends the data to the local computer (PC) through TCP/IP communication (because data can be stored inside the smart camera).  Then, the Local.vi (shown in the figure), on the computer local Windows, receives the string data, it unflattens back to images and records the images in an AVI file. So my question is how can I proceed to receives the string data and save it directly to files with names like 0001.jpg 0002.jpg, etc., automatically instead of using framework for writing to AVI?. I think to use the IMAQ write string that returns a string that contains the entire contents of the image encoded as an image file and the string can be saved to the file (without unflatten it). How can I change the Local.vi?

  I am trying to create an image system without success because the source disc read error.

  I tried several tools, without success.

  Despite the very good performance, SSD drives seems to have a defective and for this reason, all the tools fail sector to create a picture of clone/sytem.

  How can I solve this problem?

  Thanks for you suggestions. I tried clonezilla with - option rescue to ignore bad sectors.

  Then I defined a matrix RAID 0 volume using 2 SDS, 256 GB the two.

  I wasn't able to clone back the image of the system, so I need to install Windows from scratch...

• Anyone having problems of 'Blackout' image with PS CC 2014 on Yosemite?

  Since the installation of OS X Yosemite, I have problems with the components of the images blacking out completely on all floating windows in Photoshop CC 2014.

  It seems to happen after that display went to sleep and I'll be back. Images illuminate briefly in each window then all going black and if I create a new document and paste is an image, the resulting layer is transformed into a mixture of checkerboard of multicolored rectangles and pieces of the pasted image. (see attached screenshots).

  I am currently with my CC updates and only, this has started to happen this week when I installed Yosemite. I'm running OS X 10.10 on a 2.7 Ghz MacBook Pro (retina, 15 inches, beginning 2013) with 16 GB of RAM.

  Any help would be appreciated.

  Addendum: The thumbnails in the layers palette display as usual.

  

  

  This is a video/GPU, new driver on MacOS 10.10 problem.

  You can return to a more stable version of MacOS, or disable GPU until Apple has a chance to correct their driver of drawing code in Photoshop preferences.

  What GPU model is in your MacBook Pro?

  And have you informed Apple about this problem in Mac OS 10.10? They are also looking for more information to refine the which configurations are affected by video driver bugs.
