  You cannot capture images using two webcams at the same time. You can try to disable a webcam from the Device Manager, and then try to use the external webcam. See the steps below to disable a device-

  a. go to Device Manager, open the Device Manager by clicking the Start button, click on the Control Panel, clicking system and Maintenance, and then clicking Device Manager. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation

  b. in Device Manager, look for the device and if you want to disable, and then double-click the device, and then click Driver tab and click on disable.

  You have created a new CATALOG... !  not a collection!  (looking at your screen-clip)

  Re-open your correct catalogue-'Lightroom Catalog.lrcat 5' in the Menu > file > open recent element.

  Select the pictures again, click [+] on the header of the COLLECTIONS Panel.

  I have Hotmail and I was able to retrieve the deleted message. At the bottom of one of the screens Hotmail (it may have been the spam screen), there is a note saying 'click here' (or something like that) to get to the top of your deleted messages recently. Although even I had emptied all deleted/junk messages, MSN could display all or most of the messages because they did not have them banned in the cemetery of e-mail yet.   Why can't click a picture in the mail app and have it launch a photo viewing application. ?

  What you need to do is to go to control panel > programs > by default of the programs > set your default programs.
