• How to adapt the rows in the table spans several pages in proportion to an image?

  Hi all

  I have a fairly large excel file (more than 2000 lines) imported, and the resulting table spans more than 150 pages.

  The problem is that the lines don't always fill the height of the text block (height of 9.5 ") on every page.

  I don't like that the lines are of different sizes. I want just the lower edges of tables on each page to be in the same place.

  By dragging the line down with the SHIFT key does not work if the table spans several pages/text blocks.

  Is it possible to force the selected lines (or stored in a block of text) proportionally fill their block of text?

  It is really not any function automatic adjustment that apply at the height of the row in the table directly, then I suspect that you're not going to find a way to do this is automatic.

  If it was my document, I would consider (something like) do this:

  Find the highest line in the table. (Or, perhaps that if there is some exceptionally high lines; unobtrusively manipulate them and use the 2nd or 3rd highest line as a reference.) Calculate the number of lines (max number of) of this size will fit in each text block. Divide the height of the block of text by this number to get a line height that adapts the same number of lines in each image. Then, select the entire table and all rows from this height. Follow up with the typographic settings that help uniform line height look resolutely.

• Get all the tables on a page

  I need to get all of the tables on a particular page. The document consists of a bunch of unrelated text blocks. I use this to retrieve the tables:

  Ah, I don't know who. "Tables" is a collection, not a simple table and a reckless experimentation of shows that you can't simply use .concat glue them together.

  I'm sure I've seen a couple of workarounds for a situation like this. Maybe it's time to read "[CS3] [JS] everyItem() and getElements()"-i.e. of Marc Autret posts on this subject, at the end of this thread.

  I ran the form and created a new line.

  After the line was created, the form comes back ready to create another line (all the values in the fields).

  How can I go on the recovery of the line, I added just to make a few changes?

  We are the conversion reports Actuate BEEP and not able to understand how to view "Accum.Total = < n >" at the bottom of each page. In the attached report to operate it, "Accum.Total = < n >" must be displayed at the bottom of each page where < n > is the number of lines displayed on the current page and previous page.
  
  For example, if there are 10 rows in the result set, if the 1st page displays 4 rows, 2nd page displays 3 rows and 3rd page is 3 lines and then Accum.Total = 4 on page 1, Accum.Total = 7 on page 2 and Accum.Total = 10 on page 3.
  
  Note that we use the property table "allow the lines to break Pages = False" as we do not want a specific line can be split across pages.
  
  I enclose a sample of report actuate, rtf, BEEP and XML report for testing file.
  
  Approach used so far-

  I have a form with 15 fields such as:

  Form1

  id_plan = 1

  level 1 = 2

  level 2 = 2

  level 3 = null

  level 4 = null

  level 5 = null

  level 6 = null

  and so on...

  Later, in another form that I have:

  Form2

  ID

  id_plan (from 'form1')

  account: 10.01 (based on the number of decimal places defined on the level of 'form1')

  So, I need to disable page Form1 items if I had some values of Form2. But only the levels where the account is registered. In the example above, only level 3, level 4, level 5, level 6 and so on would be activated.

  Any suggestion?

  I could put a read only condition for any page in question, is it good? or there is another suggestion?

  To resolve my issue, I used the read only option. I chose the body of the PL/SQL function returning a Boolean and put

  where CST_RETURN_LEVEL is a function that returns the last filled level. If the point of the page is at level 2, I test, if CST_RETURN_LEVEL(:P7_ID_PAR_PLANO_GER) > = 2 then I returned true for read only and so on for other page elements.

  I try to freeze the top of a table row, so when you scroll the top line is fixed.

  I tried to use a CSS Style sheet and the link to the table. I can get the top row to freeze but the columns align not when you scroll the page.

  Hi guys, I use CS2 and I have a table with many pages. I need to be able to have the height adjust automatically the content of the tables. Data are unfortunately not compatible so that some cells have 2 rows of content, others 8.

  I have a question. There is a Web page that people are going to and through that they get into stuff and delete stuff. Therefore, it must be select, insert, delete and update on the table. Because they can only do so via the buttons on the Web page, they are not able to remove the other stuff of users.
  However, nothing to prevent them from being able to connect via sqlplus say and removing stuff directly in the table. How to work around this problem?

  I adapted successfully table of Contents Page icons in the previous versions, but in RH10, option seems to be missing. After past the method as well as help boards & Forums, I have pod TOC page right-click, choose Properties, Advanced tab, but once there all I see are the image and comment options. There is no option to change the icon of the automobile to a different style in a drop-down list (because I expected to see under Advanced). My OS is Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit.   You can add the tag to the first column and the first row of the table. It will repeat 1st column when table to break across pages.

  Here 1 means, repeat first column when table to break across pages.
