  Now that blackberry launched BBM for users both android & iOs, they have a distinct advantage over native blackberry users. they do not need BIS to use BBM. It's kind of unfair to blackberry as android users users & iOs can use BBM on any single data plan, while BB users have a BIS data plan. cost wise it is a significant difference between regular & blackberry data plans data plans. Blackberry users have to spend on expensive BIS for BBM data plans, while android & iOs users can run on simple data without BIS plans.

  I have the same problem. It happens every time I reboot or close the application. I also have an iPhone 4 s the latest version of iOS. I need to remove and reinstall the app each time to retrieve them.

  You can use BBM video calls to other devices BlackBerry 10 only for the moment, no other platforms (iOS or android). You will see icon BBM of voice calls if your BBM contacts uses no 10 BlackBerry devices.

  I signed yesterday for BBM on my IPHONE and initially thought it would be smart to create a new BBM account instead of using my existing account, that I already have contacts, etc on my BLACK BERRY work.

  I've reconsidered and now can not find a way to change users of disconnection from my new acocunt so I can connect to my old account

  This isn't really a Userid of BBM it's your BBID which is used for the BBM.  If you migrate your your work blackberry BBID to your BBM for installation of iOS, it removes this BBID to your blackberry to work (and force you to enter a new on your blackberry to work before using it).

  All applications (such as BBM) which allows you to secure your data on your BB BBID will have this locked content / invisible to you.

  You can't have the BBID on both.   Unless you want to migrate your BB to your iPhone, you can add contacts to this new BBID.
