• Drive hard HP 4530 s, Puerto Rico Office failure?

  I have two problem: my battery died completely, and check the memory and hard drive test shows error Readfailure. I think I have to replace hard drive and battery.

  But the problem I have is that I bought my laptop from Tigerdirect on January 11, 2012, and I'm supposed to have guaranteed for 1 year. But the guarantee of the laptop had already begun in October 2011. I have a proof of purchase of Tiger direct.

  I live in Puerto Rico and was not able to locate any office where I can go and extend my warranty until January 11, 2013. If I could extend that somehow (maybe e-mail someowhere my receipt of tigerdirect), then maybe I can forward my cell phone (somewhere) for repair. If there is a HP Office in Puerto Rico, if someone could provide me with the address/phone?

  You must call the HP technical support @ 1-800-474-6836 and have the perform what is called a "request for POP", which is a proof of purchase requisition. They will check the purchase date so that you get the full warranty that you are supposed to have.

  From there, once he has updated you can have the laptop parts shipped to you under warranty and you can also extend the warranty at that time here.

  If you're on a pc, then after you use your 50 monthly downloads, you are given the option to upgrade. Choose U.S. and then, when you select a State, you also get the option to select from Puerto Rico. Sorry for the confusion, it is not clear. Please let us know if you succeed.

• App missing Documents

  I recently made a few changes, accidentally turned on iCloud and

  all my data went to the cloud.

  Frustrating because I would rather have it on my computer.

  Apart from that my entire application of Documents is missing.

  It shows in the cloud and I copied the info but still do not have the

  I thought about reloading Sierra.  This would help to restore the App?

  iCloud is a completely separate to your Documents folder, so at least you did drag the files to the folder of iCloud has no way he as magically put everything in iCloud.   That said, iCloud keeps a local copy of everything you put in your computer, so even if it's in icloud it is also locally stored on your computer.

  Thanks for your question.  The Game Center app has been removed since iOS 10, but you can still manage your Game Center settings.  On your iPhone, tap Settings > Game Center.

  The health app is not supposed to be on your watch-, nor can it be added to it.

  Health and fitness data from Apple Watch, iPhone and other sources of data are grouped within the health on your iPhone app. Present the data application in graphics that take into account all sources of data, without double counting all data that can be provided by multiple sources for the same period of time (like the data from the steps, when you are both wearing your watch and carry your iPhone).
