How to resize the layers (and keep the properties)

Hello to all and forgive my lack of knowledge of the AferEffects. Currently, I got the task to my work to create a video for a display at a local arena. The height of the screen of the arena is 36px. I bought a model of Envato that I liked but resizing has been a problem. I created a new composition for the appropriate specifications and copied the model layers in my new composition. "Then I went to the size equal to the composition but noticed that there are layer 'points' and I guess that 'transformations or effects' ' are not scale with the height of the composition.
Is there an easy way to resize the layers and all their properties to meet up to my composition?

I am currently working on a project on the thermal camera images. What I have to do is to define multiple regions of interest and assign specific properties such as temperature and emissivity of these Kings.

So I was wondering:

1 that is, possible to select several kings with a table keeping up-to-date of the Kings, the user has chosen on the front? (Or each KING might have a cluster on the front panel that contains its properties, which can be changed later.)

2. is that possible to set specific properties such as temperature in the specfic KING, these properties and will be updated for the return on investment?

To make it easier, instead of calculating an ID, the information of the parent are given as (parent_name, parent_type).

How change the deformation and transform the 'copies' individually?

I need to create a circle of 13 stars in symmetric mode and with one of the stars being the upper dead point vertically. I was able to do this by creating a unique Star, will "distort & transformation" in the menu effects, creating copies of 12 (12 + 1 gives me the 13 I need) and adjust the values of the tool to get what I need.
The problem I have is that only the master original stars can be changed. Is there a way now modify each of these 13 stars individually? I have spent an hour trying to find an answer to this but couldn't find a thing. It seems that there is a simple solution. I am wanting to do this is because I need to cut out ALL the 13 stars surrounding circular using the 'less before' option in the pathfinder tool palette. When I use "before", it subtracts just the original parent star and not the other 12?
While not as important, I have another question... If anyone knows how to increase the size of the stars themselves (after the effect "skew / transform", that would be great.) Using the scale tool will increase the size of the global circle in stars, but not the size stars while keeping the same circular diameter. Does make sense?

All select and use Expand or break down the appearance (which ever exists) in the menu object. After doing above, Direct select the stars and use Transform > transform each scale of each from the center of the star.

I work with Elements14. I finished a project that is 04:00 long. My CTI continues to operate beyond the end point of the video and music and transformed the project in 10 minutes long!

Here's what I did: on the track of music, I ran the excessive music, no return at the end of the clip I used. I also used the CTI scissors to cut the surplus, and I deleted it. I have a click with the button straight on the ICT and found the add point final cmd and he added. But, CTI continues to flow to the bottom of all tracks... Finally to 10 minutes more. Apparently, there is something on one of the tracks that the CTI keep following, but it is not visible on the voice track, music or video tracks. What have I done wrong?

I have three questions about my project in Final Cut Pro 10.2.3:
1. 1. I am not satisfied with the transitions. Is it possible to remove it at once?
2. 2. I would like to mix transitions. Is there a way to put random transitions in bulk between cuts (which are mostly still images) or must be placed individually?
3. 3. I would like to increase the duration of viewing on still images from 3 to 4 seconds. Is there a way to do this in bulk? If not, is there a way faster than anything by dragging each picture by the edge?

Files of transition and all the data from one system of Microsoft PC to an iMAC.

My older PC Microsoft, crashed recently and replaced it with a - APPLE iMAC 21.5-INCH 3.06 GHZ - i3 4 G 500 G HD 4670, SUPERDRIVE-

Currently I use a Palm TX , bought 3-4 years ago and use it with great success, with weekly synchronization via a docking station.

I lost most of my files on my PC and Palm TX data, have a lot of files and information on my portable device complete.

I have the TX installation CD software, listed as there is also for MAC systems...

I have installed this now on my iMAC, looks a little different. Free of all data.

Q-

-I am concerned about loose data from my pocket, if I synchronize now.

-What precautions / settings / advise what I need to protect my information on my portable device and successfully transfer all my information, my iMac.

-My partner to continue to use my TX on his Laptop Microsoft unit can.

-Can synchronize us on the iMAC and the Microsoft Laptop with the same Pocket TX unit

-What risks are there with these two systems.

For any software / hardware requirement is available in Australia.

Live paint and lose the properties of contours

When I create a box of paint on a picture with the outlines in black, contours lose their properties (sharp is here more for example). Can avoid us it? I like to keep my contours properties...

You can not have brushes or traits of variable width within a live paint group.

You can either:

-develop before entering the live paint

-work with a copy of the railways in live paint

-Apply a stroke again for the live paint group using the appearance Panel, but then all the strokes have the same appearance

I want to view the properties of folders of files and the size of the files used on the right by clicking on them and the properties of the workstation to see the disk space used. __

I have trouble finding the disk space used by files and folders individually and when I try to know how much is consumed and free by right click on my computer. This was easy in XP, but I can't get the answers I need to analyze which uses space, where and how. What is happening with this?

Usually, right-click on the file or folder and clicking the properties option will give the details of the file or folder. The details include, type, size, location, size of the file on the disc etc.

Make a right click on my computer will not give the details of available disk space on the computer.

If you want to know the amount of space consumed by a program, then it can be found in the Add/Remove Programs window.
a. Click Start, click Run, type appwiz.cpl, and then click ok.
b. in the list, we can find the total space used by individual program running on the computer.
