BlackBerry 9300 Smartphones email

After 2 years on a monthly contract, I have recently moved to a SIM pay as you go. All my previous email accounts has disappeared and now I can not re integrate them I always get the message 'you need a valid e-mail address' subconsciously I am enter appropriate addresses that expert Blackberry from my provider could not find a solution!  Any help please.

Hello Peter9022.

A friend set up your e-mail accounts account settings options, you must enter your email here who used previously, besides that remember to have plan blackberry BIS or BES so that you can download the service books and successfully configure your e-mail account.

Kind regards.

Bravo * don't forget to give to you and these people who help advise on your questions, as well the answer type *.

  • BlackBerry 9300 smartphones new won't be in place of the emails or download applications

I bought a 9300 literally yesterday, and I use it with my current contract sim (which includes data) until I can get a blackberry contract.
In addition to the fact that I was abroad this morning, to disable only wifi and mobile services, and I could not navigate beyond google (I use the hotspot browser)...
I want to configure my email, even though I read that I can not push until I get BB service. However, I seem to be missing the wizard. When I try to put up an e-mail account, I wonder if I have something of something corporate (which I did not) and can't answer anything but yes. There is a point selected, that I can't deselect. So I can't use my email.

Also, I didn't have App World, so I downloaded from the browser and now its in my menu. However if I try to connect with my BB account I get an error and the application crashes, even if the details are correct. So I can't download anything.

Please advise? Thank you very much.

    Hiya!
Regarding your email of installation failure, you won't get the option once you have a valid Blackberry data plan on the account. Same thing with your App world.
Yes, you can use yoru hotspot browser, but that's all. you need the plan data Blackberry in order to clear through the RIM relay and connect to the BIS server.
Then you will have a complete joy.

    See you soon!

  • BlackBerry 9800 Smartphones email settings

I am trying to set up email on my Z10 Tiscali, but am not miserably, so want to copy the settings of my 9800, which worked perfectly.

I created my email on my 9800 via www.02email.co.uk, that works really well, however, it does not support the Blackberry os10 and worse still does not see me email on my 9800 value so that I copy them (I tried settings > e-mail, but nothing is happening!)  I guess that they are buried somewhere else in my 9800.

Any ideas?  I currently O2 and TalkTalk look at this and they are all wrong!

What setting do I use for Tiscali or how can I find the settings on my 9800 (I can't see them on the phone because it was put in place through o2email.co.uk.)

    Any ideas?

Finally, I've got it the setting did not work on a number of different email clients.  It turns out that for reasons unknown, Tiscali email does not work through O2 (can receive, but not send)-it's strange, because my partner has a TalkTalk email address and it works very well with O2!  So the solution...  The parameters of incoming e-mail as you wait for Tiscali, outgoing must be an email address of O2 and the password.  This seems a compromise, but works very well - I receive emails from my Tiscali email address when I send them my laptop, they seem to come from my Tiscali account. Strange, but very good.  I hope this will help others...

  • BlackBerry RIM Smartphones emails

As a new Blackberry user, I set up my phone Pearl receive emails through the Blackberry Desktop Redirector on my desktop computer. I keep getting several emails of: network@etp11... etc with "RIM_bca28a...". etc - "read:"this message is used to carry data between your Blackberry handheld and a home server. • BlackBerry personal Smartphone Email seep into my working email folder

I am a user of blackberry "BOLD" (first time) and was hoping to have my personal e-mail go to a folder and my work to another email. I'm on the Exchange at work system and all my emails to work directly in the Messages folder. However when I set up for my Yahoo email (personal), I get the Yahoo icon on the device and initially emails but now they all seem to be heading in the main folder of 'Messages' and are now mixing with my work email.  You can solve this mystery for me so I'm not distracted by personal email will identify with my work email?  I good you might have several separate e-mail folders?  sniff.  Thank you very much.

This is not possible with the native operating system of BB. All emails go into the main messages folder.

You can watch Empower BES Inbox for the separate folder.

  • BlackBerry 8900 smartphones, email problem after OS 5 upgrade

    Hello

I guess it's the last resort for finding a solution to my problem. I hope I'm not repeating a topic previously started by someone else.

In any case this morning received a notification that there is finally an update to OS 4.6. * lot of 5 BONES 1682. Updated the BB Desktop Manager, supported the phone it is autonomous and has started the upgrade.

Subsequently, I basically ran a main problem, even if all my emails have been restored, it seems, some mailboxes are not visible in the traditional sense of the term, (I took the part of menu "Show all", looked through all the folders, etc.). But they all have is E-mail 2 mailboxes that contain some unsent emails from months back. If I look in the menuish 'messages' thing (home screen, displays all the messages in all mailboxes) emails are all there, Ditto for the '-> options' ' status-> "sizes of database"->"messages".
I know this is a complicated explanation, sorry.

    The most visible example:

I have 5 setting up email on the phone. 2 on gmail, personal accommodation 2 and 1 from blackberry.com

As far as it goes for personal accounts and blackberry, all there is, nothing 'missing', but I can't say the same for the gmail those.

If I choose the menu "filter"-> check the box of "AllMail", then I get to see everything, but only until I leave the screen and everything must be redone.

Even if a new installation of operating system seems to be the only solution perhaps there is something that I have not yet examined. A roll to 4.6 is an option, because there is no significant change.

    Using BB 8900 v5.0.0.1036 (bundle 1682, platform 5.2.0.104)

    Carrier: Vimpelcom (Beeline), Russia

    Official purchase if that matters)

Hope someone could help me, thanks in advance

    Mike

Eh_bien it seems that I have found the problem and resolved, although I can't be sure if cela an acceptable or official, but it works and im fine with it.)

There seems to be confilict with enhanced gmail plugin and OS 5, which results in the change of filter, so basically the best way is to remove the plugin via BBSAK:

Use BBSAK and delete the following three files of COD:

    net_rim_bb_gmail. COD
    net_rim_bb_gmail_resource__en. COD
    net_rim_bb_gmail_help_en. COD

  • Incredibly slow blackBerry 9300 smartphones, I've tried everything.

    Hey everybody!

    To start:

    I'm on Koodo

    I have a 3g 9300 curve, and it's OS is 6.0 Bundle 2391

Storage applications: 189.6 MB used 66.4 free

    Pull dough pre:

Memory usage: 178.7 used 77.1 free under applications.

Device status indicates 69103008 bytes free.

    After a battery pull:

Memory usage: 161.4 used 94.5 free

    Device status: 695473936

I have all the standard applications provided with the Blackberry, not supplements.

I have a few hundred MB of music on a 2 GB card.

    Now for the problem.

I've had my crackberry for a month now, and I love it.  But last week, it has become incredibly slow, sometimes sitting for 10 minutes at a time without me being able to do anything whatsoever, and I missed a few calls telephone too.  In fact, at the ceremony of my school, I had my friend put it in her purse, and when she brought out, it was frozen with the clock displaying the start time of rewards.

I am extremely frustrated. Here is what I tried:

    Battery pull

    Clear the log

    Cleaner memory

    Close all possible applications

    Remove the media card

Remove languages that I don't use.

    Someone at - it ideas?

: My battery life took a dive in the light of this situation of freezing.  It lasts usually me from about 07:00 at arouns 9 or 10 in the night, so a good 14 or 15 hours.  But now he is barely 6 hours, and which is often idle and in my pocket.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

OK, so now back to your security settings and turn it off.

There is really no need for Memory Cleaner use for most users, it does not increase any amount of memory and regularly uses single process time and causes the processor blasted animated clock.

    Hi stevenb_50

You can try a clean OS reload to see if that helps but first make a backup of your device using the BlackBerry Desktop Software then refer to this Knowledge Base:

KB11320  : How to perform a reload of the own software BlackBerry Device using BlackBerry desktop software for windows.

If above method fails, then you will need to contact your carrier or Service provider and replace the Trackpad might solve the problem.

  • Battery blackBerry 9300 Smartphones suddenly reduces the life of 50% help!

Hi all, I'm a newbie here. I see there are thousands of entries and would appreciate if someone can tell me any information relating to the batteries, and how long they keep a charge. Since yesterday my 9300 needs to be charged at least 2 x and I almost used the phone at all. Other than the applications left on, is there any other information please someone can share with me. Thanks in advance. Sorry if this has been answered before, have not found the thread!

Hi and welcome to the Forums!

The reason why it's hard to find the answer is because there is really no answer. Each person uses their device in a unique way, which results in the life of the battery which is unique to them. Some talk on the phone constantly, others not at all. Some use data services constantly, others not at all. Some close properly their applications so that they do not continue to use the resources, others let them run all the time. Thus, it is impossible to say what is 'correct' for you. Rather, over time, using your BB is a way relatively uniform, you will discover what the 'normal' battery life is for you. If you liquidate recharge every night, then you're going to fall in, I think that something like 90% of all BB users.

    Good luck!

  • View blackBerry Smartphone email problems

I have 3 email addresses Setup on my Bold 9900.  Last week, I must have changed something because everytime I open the messages folder, I see that my text messages.  Similarly, when I try to open all the mail files three electronic... SMS folder opens.  I know I get emails but I can not access e-mail records.  They appear but when I open them the text message folder opens.  Help please!

Hello and welcome to the community!

I suggest the following, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come...) Please wait for this before moving on to the next step):

    (1) registry HRT

    • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network
    • Please wait a 'registration' message reach your Messages application

    (2) remove and return Service directories

    • KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
    • If you do not have access CMIME, continue deleting
    • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service
    • Please wait "the Activation' Messages, one per already configured e-mail account, arrive in your Messages. If you have not already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.

    (3) restart to take batt

    • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

I hope that will move things again for you! If not, then you should try remove and re-add your BIS configuration for these accounts.

  • BlackBerry smartphone Email not receive or reconcile, cannot acesss email account either management program!

Hi everyone, I really need help with this, its driving me crazy! I have a blackberry bold 9930 sprint, 7.1 Bundle 1737 (v7.1.0.580 platform 5.10.429), free space is listed at 154523817 bytes.

I have my email through godaddy, which is secureserver.net. This is Courier IMAP. From Friday or Saturday, my emails do not grow automatically. Sometimes it should be hours and hours before all my emails will pour out at once. Battery pull worked, but now the battery pull does nothing.

I tried to send service books today, but now I can't even access the e-mail account management option to send service directories. When I enter the application, it says 'check updates' but never recovers. I left about 10 minutes today and will continue to say: "check updates".

Anyone else having any questions or know what in the world happens suddenly? Any help is greatly appreciated!
