  Open BlackBerry world. Glisser slide down from the top, and then select settings. Select general. Select Update BlackBerry World. Restart the device.

  lol, not a trick question... you can access the video camera separately from the Video folder.

  If a battery pull reboot is not to do, you head back to the retailer.

  I have problems with names not displaying not when they call the number is entered differently (depending on whether I'm foreign or in Thailand). Some numbers are saved under the international numbers (+ 66829...) to other entries like (0869...).

  The number is certainly in my BB as + 668612345678, but if they call when I'm in Thailand the number will appear as 0861234567. To get around it, I'll have to get into contact and add an additional number for each contact has + 668612345678 and 0861234567.

  Is anyway to work around this problem?

  It all depends on how you have your game of smart dial.

  It could be one of the three solutions... Try these:

  1. make sure that you set your own country code to the Phone Dialer screen > Options > smart dialing.
  Set your country code in this format: "+ xx" where xx = country code. Some countries have two or three-digit country Codes. Do not place not the '+' in the entrance of your contact.
  * In the United States, the value of this country as '+ 1' Code and place your local area code in the appropriate box (this normally the default setting in a new BB).

  2. in the same place, change the length of National number for the number of digits corresponding to your country (since some countries have less than 10 as that set by default in the BB). Check out the total numbers, less country code. Do not place not the '+' in the entrance of your contact.
  * For example, some countries have a total number to 8 (more than 3 for the country code). You must enter '8 '.

  3. you probably have "Content Protection" located on your address book.
  Look at the Options > Security > General settings. Scroll down to the content Protection > include addresses = no

  When you try to change something on the external SD card using advantage 3:rd app, you must allow access to the application.

  You can do a security wipe if you are not sure of the original ID of BlackBerry.  Go to settings > Security > Security Wipe

  This will erase all the data off the BlackBerry Z10, remember to create a backup before.

  After the wipe, then you can connect with your BlackBerry ID.

• Smartphones from blackBerry App World not generating no new license to the new device Code

  I want to move my old 8900 MyCast Weather on my new 9550 but App World will not produce a new license code and continues to fed the former.  I followed the procedure below has been proposed by Garmin several times and installed, reinstalled, deleted, battery pulls and everything I can think of and nothing works.    Sure would appreciate any suggestions.

  Hey guys, I'm new to blackberry. I bought a Blackberry Curve 8520 yesterday, and I'm having some problems with it.

  Problem 1:

  New messages will not be displayed, I have to go into general messages and select "View folder" > «Inbox SMS»

  I put it to handset simply because I want to just that all my messages in the folder main message, but whenever a new message arrives I have to go to the SMS Inbox folder.

  If you just sent the file owner, chances are that Microsoft Security blocks the file. You must ask the developer to unlock the file. I've got the procedure described at the link below.

• Downloaded Z10 blackBerry Apps will not erase

  I downloaded a few applications in the world, and later I removed them by pressing and hold from the home screen. However, once I check the section downloaded worldwide, they are always there. I can't access the apps, but I can not reinstall either because of the world. I tried a security wipe then restore, but nothing happened.

  Is there something else to do?

  The partial restore worked. Now the world has only the default applications listed as downloaded, which is what it should look like.
