  I used to set my mail to automatically delete messages in the trash after a week. Since I upgraded my iBook to OS El Capitan (10.11.4 Version), I can't do that.  Why did change that?  I thought that new operating systems were supposed to make it easier, not harder.

If I go in the menu and select "delete prior" for a given date, all messages for that date will delete except for the message that I've referenced.   Try pulling the battery: when the device is turned on, remove the battery, wait 1 minute and turn the battery on the device.

  And after that try to delete the message.

  Now I am facing this problem for hours. Today, I tried to change my BB - ID and so I confirmed the removal of the former by clicking on the hyperlink in the registration confirmation email. After that, I tried to hard-reset my BB classic to set up the new code. As I clicked on the reset button in the settings to confirm, was asked by BB-Protect type my password of my account-BB (previously) deleted. I entered the password and confirmed, but it does not accept my classic. I clicked on the 'forgotten password' - button to answer my question "safety", but an error message came up, so I could not enter my security answer.

  At home, I tried to restore the operating system with the BB software / link, in the first instance, the restore procedure seems to work, but in the new configuration of the phone, the system immediately requested my old BB-id I already deleted.

  I have read several articles and I looked at several forums, but I couldn't find a solution for this problem.

  My general question related to this case is:

  Will I still have access to my phone?

  Hi all

  I recently bought a torch and set up two e-mail accounts that synchronize with Outlook.  My mails are now deleted from my torch, although sent are still there.  I changed the email settings is deleted after 60 days.  I read somewhere that I should disable wireless reconcile, but that did not help either one.  Does anyone have any other suggestions as the reason to have the blackberry is to connect with my emails remotely!

  Are these emails that may have been deleted from Outlook, also?

  If they are deleted from your mail server, then the sync 'delete' is apparently also remove them from the BlackBerry device.

  In Outlook, you have a parameter to "leave messages on the server", you need to check that.

  When I read a message in the Inbox, respond, and then go to another folder, go back to the Inbox and the message I just answered is GONE!  Not in the deleted folder or junk mail.  It has completely disappeared.  How can I fix?

  I just upgrade my Storm OS 5 use Desktop Manager and it backed up and restored everything except my MMS messages.  Is there a way I can get that back?  Can I know if they are not displayed in some way or if Desktop Manager them backed up and just did a not restore them?

  Desktop Manager > Backup/Restore > check the left side of your backup (or on the left pane, see the file > open to find the most recent backup).

  Scroll down for the TEXT database to restore, highlighting and clicking the arrow to the right in the middle of that switch to your device.

  This can be dependent on ISP or it could just be OE spoil.  I saw this happen at any time.  You can try to backup the message store, and then delete the mail account completely (you will not lose messages).  The file to run. Folder | All compact.  Then close and reopen OE and then add the account back again.  See if things stick after that.

  For the MMS, which carrier do you have? Some carriers, such as Sprint are not MMS.

  All the messages in my Inbox on my desktop get automatically removed shortly after arrival. They do not yet appear in the junk or deleted either message box! The activity Manager just says: '1 message deleted from the Inbox.
