BlackBerry Passport link connecting not

Since the acquisition of my passport about 10 months ago I have been synchronize Contacts and calendar with my PC through cable almost every day, without any problem. But even if my PC still recognizes the device, she refuses to bind and gives the following error message:

Synchronization failed

CPreferencesManager: Configuration values for/Preferences/Account_1_65538/SyncAccountId_2 not defined in Transconfig.xml for translator RimBB

I have not knowingly modified the settings. Would be grateful for the advice.

What is the command line test result? Mine is successful. So, is "synchronization failed" error message always? I don't know about your question. Perhaps. The synchronization engine problem or was it corrupted Windows registry as shown above to the article.

If the result of command line test is successful but the synchro still aren't, there is only a few last options I know;
1. clean, uninstall and reinstall the link.
2. system restore from your PC to the date that you could sync of the calendar.
3. create a log file of BB link and send to BlackBerry customer support to identify the source of the problem.

  • BlackBerry Passport cannot connect to Passport

    So yesterday, I released my passport to be greeted by the message "warning that you have entered an incorrect password 5 times. blah blah ". When I try to enter my password, which I am sure is correct, that nothing is happening. I can enter 50 times and nothing changes, it remains my case 6. I tried to reset the password using Blackberry Protect, but is not able to access my phone. It is said that it will send the command once my phone is connected to the network, but I received calls and texts all day. I plugged into my computer and updated the software, still no luck.

    This happened once before however BB Protect has solved the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I really need access to my phone.

    I must say, there are two issues I have with BB and Mac OS X lion of mountain connection.

    (1) if I start the software it says there's an update available, but when I click it nothing happens (not download)

    (2) I can't connect to my ID BB BB link...

    then I tried it on a windows pc and everything worked.

    Is it just me or is this a general problem?

    I get an error when you try to sign in with your ID BlackBerry or download the update?  Have you tried to reinstall BlackBerry link?  Also is there a security software installed on Mac OS?  Also what version of OS are you running?

  • BlackBerry software link does not not wireless Q10

    I use Q10 BB with the link 1.1.037

    Everything worked perfectly - syching wireless

    Now, it's all stopped - when I plug BBery via USB cable - all the content is there, but when I unplug the device, it shows as a device not connected and I can't link to talk to him in the absence of the cable is connected...

  • Software BlackBerry BB link do not backup via cable, wifi sync still works

    Hello a few months ago, I noticed my classic used BB connect via cable to the BB link. Yes, I tried other ports and other cables. Yes, he stays cool and yes I see classic windows Explorer if really the cable and port are working well.

    But the cable is required for backup of BB. Shame, I'm so hot on any other data PC returns with several internal & external readers.

    SOLUTION - BOOM. (Problem when connected via the LINK says BB cable still disconnected)

    I tried to install on a different pc with nothing doesn't so I thought to be a thing of the phone.

    parameters--> storage and access--> access USB--> EXTINCTION mass storage mode

    (I thought by activating this option it permits mass storage at the same time as connected back to the top because my Bold9900 did not allow this simulateously).

    PLUGGED in DEVICE NEW [even if when I installed the last link it also installed mix & drivers] WHEN I PLUGGED in, the UNIT has GIVES ME OPTION INSTALL the DRIVERS. MASS STORAGE; SD ACCESS; IGNORE.

    Select the DRIVER INTALL

    Drivers have been installed from the device to the PC, a new icon in the systray, click on the drivers have been installed, but first item says "DEVICE DISCONNECTED", so when pilots I finished DEVICE UNPLUGGED AND re PLUGGED & BBLINK BOOM now says device has been plugged in.

    resolved, return to fact & done.

  • Software BlackBerry BB link do not recognize my Z10

    Looking at all the topics here cela seams as a systemic problem with link and BB. My Z10 is not recognized by BB bond more. It says connected but cannot communicate? It worked well once. Ive tried everything I can or are able to.  Ive uninstalled link even once or twice, using the uninstall program recommended here, configured to recognize windows and activated Iink on my cell.   Ive checked my settings, but I could easily be missing something. I have a Z10 STL100-3 10.2.3062.  Help please!

    Just upgraded to a Pearl to curve and al suddenly feel this seemingly common problem.

    Sorry if this is a new topic on an old topic but I'm at the end of my home trying to find a solution.

    To this day, I have tried

    Manual installation

    Static IP address

    Restoration of phone

    Removing the battery

    Remove the SIM card

    Restoration of router

    So, today and only for purposes of research went to McDonald's for lunch and I tried their WiFi (had a quarter of a book with cheese with sprite for those interested) and just like back home, connects first time then drops then "impossible to associate with the network.

    I'm on Orange with unlimited internet Blackberry to add on and everything worked fine with my Pearl.

    Tried tech Orange, but good... .the less said the better there.

    Any assistance received with gratitude and you will deal with a McD if you sort the problem for me

  • BlackBerry Passport Microphone does not

    The microphone on my phone does not work. I have no problem with the speaker microphone or use headphones.

    However, the microphone to the bottom of the phone next to the USB connector does not work. The recipient of the call at the other end of the phone cannot hear me. They hear a very low voice or noise, which lets them know that there is someone else on the line, but it is barely audible. I did a soft reboot several times and it has not solved the problem.

    I recently bought a Blackberry passport (normal version, not to SE) and I read that the new smartphone, the BlackBerry Priv, will animate the Android as an operating system. So, I wonder if blackberry will support the passport by upgrading the Android operating system or support the device by providing some security for Blackberry 10 updates?

  • BlackBerry passport applications more will not respond. Stop or hard reboot mix starting Apps and those who just hang out.

    A week ago started with Apps does not.  A reboot can free some Apps but now others hang (does not).  Hard shutdown does not help.  Did several restarts and hard stops up to the point where I now have email, Contacts and calendar works, but not other applications (including own BlackBerry settings do not work).  Nothing work will result in a series of hard reboots and or alternatively the parameters works, but nothing else.  Reading messages suggests that I might have to reload the software passport from scratch.  Download link of BlackBerry that recognizes my BlackBerry - 817A is connected but responds with "cannot communicate with the device.  Without that I can not save my camera and I can't relaod softawre.  Tried two different phone/computer USB calbes (of which one with the BlackBerry logo on it) and it does not help.  I'm stuck and need help.

    Novel in all of this, my phone still working.

    My Passport details are BlackBerry software - 817A, model SQW100-1, 10.3.2.2474

    My passport is currently a brick. I recently did an OTA 10.3.1.2000 update something, and about a week later, the phone is off. Connection it keeps restarting. I noticed that it would restart spontaneously since I got it, no matter what version was running on it. I'd take my pocket, it is hot, and all open applications would have generic previews.

    1a. If you have a purchased Amazon passport with a question, you can submit a form to the BlackBerry to validate your device and request support. The form is here: https://consumersupport.webapps.blackberry.com/support/form/amazon_en/

    1B. If the form does not validate your purchase, get your proof of purchase and go to http://www.blackberry.com/incidentsupport to get the phone number of the support incident. Tell them that you have a phone with an Amazon problem and you need to get a ticket. They should refer to the main support line where they walk through a few troubleshooting (which is very probably charging your handset OS, so backup!) and if the problem is intractable on the phone provide an RMA number.

    2. you will have two choices for an RMA number:

    • Replacement of tip: give them a credit card number and they will send you another Passport, and you can forward your broken device. If so, your card will be refunded the amount of the difference between the responsibility of the repair and the new handset.
    • Ship repair: If you have a backup phone, they send a box to send in your broken, passport that does not initially cost anything. It will be if they are not responsible for the repair.
