BlackBerry smartphone App I paid for the list disappeared after the update failed

The app was Braincube Premium. When I tried to update this application, an error has occurred and my Bay froze. After the reboot, the app just disappeared my my Berry and was not among my App World apps.

I sent support but only got an automatic response email suggesting I visit http://... / appworld/support. But I don't see where I can start getting help to recover my paid app.

I suggest that you clear the cache of the AppWorld application:

1. open the App World

2. go to my world

3. for the BB keyboard-oriented - hold down the ALT key and press on, in the sequence R, then S, then T

3. for Storm/Pearl - hold the num-lock (! 123 button) so that it hangs and then press on, in the sequence 3, then 4, then)

4. If your BB locks after issuing clear cache, do a battery pull reboot

5. return to the AppWorld. Connect to MyWorld (if there is one) and try again.

    Forum,

    Is there a way for the Blackberry Storm to 'split' emails to 2 different accounts?  I have a corporate email account (MS Exchange) and a Yahoo! account.  Emails of these accounts appear in the Messages.  Is it possible to separate them so that I can view the emails in a view/account, Yahoo! mail in a different view/account?

    I guess it would be a type of client software for Blackberry email... dunno.

    The alternatives will have to use an app of the add-on for the storm to create an icon that displays only the BES-based emails. See http://www.getempower.com/Empower_BES_MailBox.php for more information (I tried the free trial version and it worked great). The BES configuration method is discussed at http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=KB15003&sliceId=SAL_Pub..., but we have yet to try this one. Another alternative is to use modules for non - BES mail... GMAIL offers an add-on which manages all GMAIL, bypassing BIS entirely... I don't know if other e-mail providers have something similar.

    I'm currently testing a configuration where I use BIS to get my company email, BES to OTA sync my company calendar and contacts, GMAIL of add-on application to handle this, and BIS to manage what other email accounts. I no longer watch the main 'Messages' box at all.

    OK, I was looking for the forums and try the suggestions and I didn't chance... what I did my problem is compounded.

    One of my drivers brought me a phone this morning that says "App error 523" it is unclear what he does for her, I have recognized this fact and knew what he had to do... JL_Cmder wipe and reload the software. When I went for it, it doesn't look good... it doesn't seem like he was wiping, I thought that maybe it couldn't connect because it was stuck on the screen of 523 error and that maybe if I reset the phone it would connect until the error came back to the top, so I reset it. Apparently that's what I did wrong, because then my Office Manager and JL_Cmder both couldn't read and I think that this is the error Reload Software 507 came. So now, I have a phone that program may seem to do anything with nor can they connect to him. I don't have administrator privledges on my computer and my office mgr also decided at that time that he would tell me he could not upload/upgrade at software level until the 6.0 upgrade has been done, so I had to wait my next computer work and disconnect me, so he could log on my computer and get better. I was hoping that the upgrade to the blackberry desktop mgr would help, but it didn't. It does not recognize the device connected to my computer, Yes, I am using a USB port on the front, the same USB port I used on all my phones for several years now. I tried to paste this into the command run thingy (I don't know what it's called I'm really not all that sophisticated computer sorry) "c:\program files\common search motion\apploader\loader.exe" /nojvm and it recognize not a device either so it happened not the case. I tried a bunch of links to all these pages that you have, but nothing works. I saw something on the execution of an order on JL_Cmder but I can't figure out how, I clicked on #6 use order online because I thought that was that, but it came with a Notepad and I don't know what to do with it. Can someone help me please?

    OK, so it turned out to be the fault of fund managers... as soon as I uninstalled and reinstalled, I plugged the phone on him and he immediately offered to give me the software, I just reinstalled the operating system without a hitch. All phones are now detected and connected when plugged into my computer once again, although I spent a whole day of work aggravated that at least now I know for future reference when the Office Manager has another update. I want to thank you for the BBSAK, that was the 1st time I heard about him, and it seems quite useful. I hope my post helps out someone else worse. Happy Berrying.

    Any mp3 will do, you can create your own. They are not generic to the storm. Use can use several sites to make them, or you can do it yourself with the audacity software. (Google it). Rintones will play only for about 10-15 seconds.

    Note: When you perform a repair in accordance with method 3 installation in the article, this restores the current installation of Windows Vista in the version on the installation DVD. This requires you to reinstall all updates that do not appear in this version of Windows Vista.

    Method 2: I suggest scanning of auditor of system (CFS) files on your computer and see if it helps fix the problem.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones (App) not available for download from Blackberry App World

    I use a Blackberry Bold 9000 (personal use) on Bell Mobility.  The operating system is v5.0.0.681 (1137 Bundle, platform 5.2.0.64) and I'm in v2.0.1.12 App World.

    My App World worked well until I have asked me to set up my Blackberry ID.  Since then, App World is basically useless.  My main questions are:

    1. Whenever I try to connect on App World, I am taken to the additive screen of Blackberry App World membership.  I accept the conditions each time, but nothing is recorded, and I have to go through the same process the next time I log on.
    2. When I try to download updates to existing applications, I get the dreaded "...". not available for download on Blackberry App World. »
    3. When I try to download new applications (IE TSN Mobile), I get the same "... not available for download from Blackberry App World."

    After a very long session with Bell Mobility and RIM Technical Support staff, I was able to solve the problem I was experiencing.

    I initially created my Blackberry ID using my mobile device (9000 "BOLD").  Apparently, the program installation but unfinished and recorded properly and that was the root cause of all problems.  When I logged in Blackberry ID of my laptop, I was able to complete the installation in three steps process.  It was to download a plug-in on the Blackberry site, connect the phone to the laptop and then completing the installation program (including seizure of Paypal information, if you wish) on the laptop.

    After completing this process, I could connect the Blackberry ID on my mobile without having to go through the Blackberry App World membership additive and all my downloads have worked without error.

    IMPORTANT: the completion of recording Blackberry ID process must be carried out using Internet Explorer.  I had actually tried to do this a few days ago, but I've been using Google Chrome.  As a result, the global need App Plug In did not download properly on my laptop and I couldn't finish the rest of the installation procedure.

    I hope this helps other people who have faced this problem.

    There is no cost to use Blackberry Maps or Google Maps (if you choose to install it).

    According to me, if you want to have voice communications (turn left at the _, etc.), you will need to subscribe to a sort of Navigation plan (like TeleNav I believe).

    BlackBerry Maps and Google Maps will work with the built-in GPS and display your directions/map of the place for you. BlackBerry Maps will follow you even when you don't move - simply no voice instructions.

    You need new books service. Your old or already received email will not convert to HTML format, it will only come with the new mail after completing all the steps.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones Treo 755 p for the synchronization of data from storm... nothing works!

    So I have a few contacts 300 +, tons of calendar events, memo and many other pieces of info I want to transfer to my new storm, but no matter what I can not the software BB to recognize my treo or any software associated with him... be it the Treo or MS Outlook. I have searched here and tried the suggestions, google, even used the method suggested by BB but nothgin seems to have recognized my old treo.

    I had worm Office Treo 4.2 and it does not recognize. uprgaded to 6.2 (i knowit says that it works with 6.1 on the BB site) and it still wouldn't. tried sync'ing with MSoutlook repeatedly and for some reason that I can't even get my treo to sync properly with it to make it work!

    I even tried rebooting and still nothing.

    can someone help me with this, I am at my wits end and have lost many hours trying to get this to work!

    Whenever I have try and start to App World it freezes. It freezes as soon as it starts.

    I tried several reboots, turn off the unit for 1/2 hour, typed on the screen a hundred times. Without success.

    Help, please. Hope I don't have to do a wipe as I have 45 GB of media on this subject.

    I had the same problem and called the RIM.

    Here is the FIX:

    1) while in AppWorld - white background screen

    (2) bring up the keyboard - wide at the bottom left at the Center to bring up the keyboard

    (3) type: RST (which means "reset")

    Fast and restart appworld

    If you go to your profiles, click the trackball and scroll up to where is says advanced (spent at sea). Click the trackball, and then select one of your profiles (e.g., normal). When it is highlighted in blue, click the trackball. You should see a menu scroll down to change, and then click the trackball. You will see a list, and the second high is calendar. If you highlight and click the trackball on the calendar, you can choose all kinds of options for your calendar on how it should notify you of the appts. Hope this has helped.
