BlackBerry smartphones can not remove the BB calendar items

I have a number of recurring calendar items that I can't get out of my BB device calendar. I deleted either them on my BB device or on my laptop, Outlook. They went from my Outlook but still show on my BB device. When I try to access it on my BB device, I get the message "deleted externally appointment. Changes will be lost and the Viewer is closed. "I have to admit this button 'OK' to the message, but nothing happens to the designation.

Have you seen this before?

About two days ago with the number '1' in front of him a little envelope icon directly at noon under the hour and the day/date, which are stacked in the center of the upper InfoBar at the top of the screen.  This envelope will appear in italics vs the indicator total number of messages in the upper left corner under the battery charge indicator.

I had seen it before and it was a kind of message from Blackberry, but I could see it in the Inbox, but now I'm not able to remove it

If the advice of the tanzim are unsuccessful, try this:

Open any folder for e-mail messages.  Press the BB menu button and select view folders.  This opens a list of folders in which your mystery message could be hiding.  Browse all records for the culprit.

    Hello docvish,

    Welcome to the community,

As the PC or laptop requires the restart of our smartphone require also restarts to remove slow, whenever you feel any unusual just give a battery pull reboot I have; e while the unit is on the battery wait a min. then reinsert it wait until it restarts. You can also give a soft reboot by pressing alt + Shift R (aA ^) + DELETE.

Also avoid any applications running in the background, press on and hold Menu button for a few seconds, it will appear a screen showing running applications or that are still open., remember always to get out of the applications not only to return the key. Try if solves your problem, or alternatively you can visit any Center of Blackberry service to the issue.

  • BlackBerry smartphones can not see the list of the entire message when I opened the messages icon.

I used to be able to see a combined list of my emails, texts SMS, missed calls, voice messages and anything else when I open Message folder icon on my Blackberry Curve 8330 office, but now when I open it, all I get is a blank white screen.  When I hit the menu button, the menu appears without a problem and if I click on the trackball, it will open a message, but I do not see the list itself.

Also, when I go to view the folder I can access an individual folder and they come very well.  The only problem is the list of the combined messages that you are supposed to get when you open the icon on the desktop (or the application menu).

    Could someone help me please

First thing... do a reboot simple: with the BlackBerry device powered on, remove the battery a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to restart.

Now, that is the visible screen?

  • BlackBerry smartphones can not sync the calendar with BTYahoo

I have setup my Blackberry 9780 (running version 6) to synchronize with my BTYahoo email and contacts with success, but the calendar is not just sync.  There seems to not be any interaction between the Blackberry calendar and BTYahoo.

My service provider is O2.  O2 support said it is a known problem and I have to rebuild my Blackberry, but I hope for a less dramatic solution and one that seems specific to my problem rather than a generic answer to a problem.

Does anyone have any ideas or knowledge about it?

Hello and welcome to the community!

In fact, I'm not sure that what you desire is even possible... refer to this:

    • KB03652 By comparing the BlackBerry Internet Service and BlackBerry Enterprise Server features

Note that via BIS, calendar wireless is available only for Gmail... not Yahoo. You can check a second time inside the e-mail on the device Configuration Wizard - if you change your Yahoo settings, tic-boxes for the OTA synchronization that is available there. If only the Contacts ICT - box is visible, then calendar is not available for OTA synchronization.

    Good luck!

  • BlackBerry smartphones can not change the field "wireless Syncronization" for calendar

just got a new blackberry curve 8330.

installed office, set Manager to update to 4.6

configuration of the redirector to my outlook account and email synchronization operation.

    calendar is not synchronized.

I can go to the options screen for my outlook on my blackberry email and it shows that wireless syncing is on off, but when I highglight it to turn it on, it does not give me the option. It only gives me an option "save menu narrow or full.

Why didn't he make me turn on wireless synchronization?

No wireless sync, it's only if you are on a BES

If you have Desktop Manager 4.6, you can configure synchronization options by going in sync | Synchronization | Synchronize.

What version of the Desktop Manager do you have?

  • BlackBerry smartphones can not locate the calendar

Search in all folders and see if it is there.

If still no, follow these steps:

Now, go to your home screen and quickly press the L key. Display your calendar?

  • BlackBerry smartphones can not sync the calendar via the office - error 0x80040ffe

Try a BlackBerry Bold 9650 on Verizon I look to migrate from PalmOS.  I don't want to sync my personal information on the job server, so am sync all databases PIM to an Outlook .pst file.  However, the calendar will not sync - I get a message that says:

"Error occurred.  "Error code: 0x80040ffe, check documentation.

Of course, this documentation does not exist.  I saw a few other people mention this error on the forums, but no clear answer.

I do not think it is a problem with the calendar itself, as the conduct of third parties for Pocket Informant allows you to synchronize calendar very well.  Thus, it seems to be a problem with the desktop computer.

Running on a machine of Windows 7 with Outlook 2010.  One solution I've seen problems with some other software is to disable UAC during installation, but do not know if it would help.

Synchronization log indicates that all of the events of 2700 + have been read, but journal ends with this:

    'Internal error.
    Cancelled translation! »

    Suggestions?

Find my own solution.  The accident produced during playback of the calendar of the device - there was previously a partial synchronization and the BB database was apparently altered.  Actually have 5000 + events on Outlook, so that a party had obtained the device before.  Deleted the BB Calendar database and synchronization of Outlook has been a success.  Problem SOLVED
