  I know there are operating functions, with members, strings, names of members... so that you are able to convert a string to a member (@MEMBER) and vice versa.
  
  But, is it possible to use a value of Member to select someone else?. For example, if in the account dimension, I'm a member of 'parent' with value '100'. Could I put a value, using the value '100' in the '100' member registered in 'parent' to select this member. So if its value is '200', I should put in '200' member.

  First, you insert the CDF, essbase server. in the zip file, you have a small description how draconian make zip archive contains a file bat with a script maxl who do all the work. then restart the essbase server and then a new list of functions should be available on the script calc under Group Editor "functions only the user".

• Selection of members deliver Smart View 11.1.2.1.102

  Hello!

  I have a problem with several different cubes when you access the selection version Smart View 11.1.2.1.102 member function. The problem is related to 4 Essbase cubes, but among the 4 are two ASO & BSO.

  When I select the name of Dimension higher, more on the left and click on the selection of members, NO display names of members and the drop-down list is unavailable. As soon as the Dimension is moved out of the POV, I am able to see the list of full member. It also means that the Member who moved into the top, leftmost now has the issue of not being able to select all members (some dimensions are very well regardless of their position).

  I am able to move the members by rotating the dimension and the selection of member function behaves normally, for some, but the question pop backup as soon the dimension is moved to the position of POV.

  If anyone has encountered this before with SmartView problem and has a solution, please let me know. I'd be happy to clarify my question if anyone knows not what exactly I'm describing.

  There was a bug in 11.1.2.1.102. I don't know if it has been fixed in 11.1.2.1.103 or 11.1.2.2 (I think as 11.1.2.103)

• Member grief Selection - 11.1.2.1 w / Excel 2010

  We have just upgraded to 9.2.0 11.1.2.1. Pretty sweet update, but one thing is driving me absolutely crazy. The Ad-Hoc tab that contains the member selection option does not appear when you open Excel and connect. It seems that there "recognize" some ad-hoc operations it exposes these options for you. I tried to be smooth and add the button selection of Member to my quick access toolbar, but do not worry, it is disabled until operations are detected. What happens if I want to use it to build my ad hoc network? What happens if I want to just a list of members to send to someone? What happens if I am on a sheet based on a function containing a list of members used in formulas, and I want to use the selection of members to change the list of members?
  
  I have read in the user's guide and discovered that I can right click on a cube name in the SmartView Panel and ad-hoc selection analysis. This generates an error, but the Ad Hoc tab appears and allows me to use the selection of members. Just way really annoying to get there. And it does nothing to help me with the help of Member on a sheet selection according to the functions.
  
  Anyone know if there is a way to still be able to use the selection of members whenever I have it please as long as I am connected to a provider?

  Don't know about the error, but you can also right-click on the database once logged in and click on 'Selection of members '.

  Hello

  Select the dimension that got 5000 members in there.
  Go to the "Selection of members.
  Add this member to the rules.
  Right-click that members and select 'subset '.... ».
  The first drop down menu will have "User defined attribute" in the list. Select it and give the UDA name that you want to recover.
  Click on the button 'Add condition AND '.
  Click on 'Preview' for members in the same dialog box.

  There are two ways to do this through iTunes.

  When the ipod is connected to itunes, you can restrict the sync to some playlists, albums, artists, genres or a combination of these.

  You do not have to tell us how you choose the songs you want, but no doubt you are in a view of songs. Select the first song, press and hold down the CTRL key and choose each additional song you want.

  On my old Epson scanner I could do a preview and select only a position from one page to analyze.  In the garden of Image with my MX 6320, the only option is to scan the entire page.

  Mac 10.9.4.  I called Canon and the Lady walked me through what I need to know.  She told me to get rid completely of my kindergarten picture on my Mac, then in the utility scan select Scan speed and now I get a preview window where I can choose the portion I want scanned.

  You can Ctrl/Cmd + click on the channel of the Bitmap in the Panel layers to perform the initial choices which will choose the white pixels. You can use then select > Inverse and rectangular selection tool to subtract from selection and let selected only the pixels that you want selected.

• Filter in adobe bridge to select only the Raw files to DNG format convert

  Here's my problem - I have a new camera DMC TZ70 and 5.7 Lightroom does not recognize the. RW2 files. I would need to buy LR6! Maybe later.

  So I thought that I import via the bridge and convert to DNG.

  So I open the bridge, and then select the camera - great - BUT there are files for Raw, the same number of JPEG files images and some .bdm. TDT etc files. (for example 3 raw + 7 others).

  I can set up a filter to Show only Raw files when I see what files are in the folder of the card at the Bridge, but when I select "get photos from camera" I can either select all OR deselect and then I need to MANUALLY select raw files. There seems not to be a way to set up a filter in the form of Downloader so that bridge selects only the Raw files for conversion.

  If I left it all, Bridge Converts the RW2 in DNG files, but also provides in the JPGs and other files. I can delete these later, but this seems an inefficient way to do it.

  Is it possible to manually select raw files in the form of Photo Downloader?
