  I have been unable to access my account on dec 19 and have been unable to do since. I followed all the instructions on the page of hotmail. Issues of security etc, nothing helps. Called the number, I had got hotmail that put me through Microsoft, which in turn I linked to this page. The e-mail in question account is * address email is removed from the privacy *.   Hi, I've been blocked my account hotmail for a week!

  I lived the recovery process (which I said would not take more than 24 hours!) and said Thursday that I would be sent a password reset link to reactivate my account. Mode real hotmail, this link never came.
  After a week through this bull, I totally lost faith in the ability of MSN/Hotmail to maintain a good service. Actually my experience with this, I would say that their incompetence knows no bounds. They are full of empty promises. Totally useless
