Hi Al Adams,.
Welcome to Microsoft Community where you can find the answers related to Windows.
As a pet the description provided, looks like you are facing a hard time with the Windows 7 operating system.
BCCode: 0 x 19 00000019: this could be drivers programs antivirus/antispyware/security and other materials are also likely causes. Update of the great drivers and BIOS would be the best plan of attack. If we must also try to uninstall your antivirus/security as a test.
Note: Changing the BIOS / semiconductor (CMOS) to complementary metal oxide settings can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the configuration of the BIOS/CMOS settings can be solved. Changes to settings are at your own risk.
I suggest you to use Driver Verifier to identify issues with Windows drivers for advanced users:

I have a problem in my laptop,
This is the detail of the problem.Signature of the problem:Problem event name: BlueScreenOS version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.2Locale ID: 1033More information about the problem:BCCode: c000021aBCP1: FFFFF8A000099840BCP2: 0000000000000000BCP3: FFFFFFFFC0000001BCP4: 0000000000100620OS version: 6_1_7601Service Pack: 1_0Product: 768_1Hello
STOP: 0XC000021A
Can be a difficult problem to solve, and you indeed need a technical help in a real store of the computer
(not the leeks and the glances at a BestBuy or other BigBox stores) or system manufacturer support.Cause
This error occurs when a subsystem of mode user, such as WinLogon or the Client Server Run-Time Subsystem (CSRSS), irremediably compromised and security can not be guaranteed. In response, the operating system goes into kernel mode. Microsoft Windows cannot run without WinLogon or CSRSS. Therefore, it is one of the rare cases where the failure of a user mode service can stop the system.
Incompatible system files can also cause this error. This can happen if you restored your hard disk from a backup. Some backup programs may skip restoring system files which they determine are in use.
Solve the problemRun the kernel debugger is not useful in this situation because the error occurred in a user mode process.
Resolve an error in the user-mode device driver or system, third-party application service: Because the bug 0xC000021A control occurs in a user mode process, the most common culprits are third-party applications. If the error occurred after the installation of the new or updated device driver or service system, third-party applications, the new software should be removed or disabled. Contact the manufacturer of the software on a possible update.
If the error occurs during the system startup, restart your computer, and then press F8 to character-based menu that displays the choice of operating system. In the Windows Advanced Options menu that results, select the last known good Configuration option. This option is most effective when a pilot or a service is added at a time. If the error is not resolved, try to manually remove the offending software. If the system partition is formatted with the (FAT) file allocation table, use a MS-DOS boot disk to access the hard disk of the computer. If the system partition is formatted with the NTFS file system, you may be able to use Safe Mode to rename or remove the defective software. If the defective software is used as part of the start-up procedure of the system Safe Mode, you must start the computer by using the Recovery Console to access the file. If a room newly installed if material is suspected, remove it to see if that fixes the problem.
Try running the emergency recovery disk (ERD) and allow the system to repair any errors that it detects.
Solve a problem of file system do not match: If you have recently restored your hard disk from a backup, check if there is an updated version of the backup/restore program available from the manufacturer. Make sure that the latest Windows Service Pack is installed.

Drivers could be at fault, however the problems of disk or security/antivirus/antispyware products are
just as likely to be the root cause that they can force a driver to corrupt or go out of bounds.
The video driver or something affecting it would be questionable.Make sure that the drivers, BIOS and chipset of low-level drivers are all updated by checking manually
system manufacturer and device manufacturers sites.Below I'll post a generic bluescreen convenience store and in the next message how to upgrade
drivers and BIOS as well as controls memory.-----------------------------------
BCCode: 0a 0x0000000A
Cause
This bug check is issued if the memory paged (or invalid) is accessible when the IRQL is too high.
The error that usually generates this bug check occurs after the installation of the faulty device driver or service system, BIOS.
If you encounter a bug 0xA control during the upgrade to a later version of Windows, this error can be caused by a device driver, system service, an anti-virus or a backup tool that is not compatible with the new version.
Solve the problem
If a kernel debugger is available, get a stack trace.
To resolve an error caused by the faulty device driver or service system, BIOS
- Restart your computer.
- Press F8 to character-based menu that displays the choice of operating system.
- In the Windows Advanced Options menu, select last known good Configuration . This option is most effective when a pilot or a service is added at a time.
To resolve an error caused by an incompatible device driver, system service, virus scanner, or backup tool
- Check the system log in Event Viewer for error messages that may identify the device or driver that caused the error.
- Try disabling the cache in memory of the BIOS.
- Run the diagnostics of equipment provided by the manufacturer of the system, in particular the scanner memory. For more information about these procedures, see the manual of your computer.
- Make sure that the latest Service Pack is installed.
- If your system has cards (SCSI) small computer system interface, contact the card manufacturer for updated Windows drivers. Try to disable sync negotiation in the SCSI BIOS, check the wiring and the SCSI ID of each device and confirming the proper termination.
- For devices (IDE) peripheral electronic integrated, set the built-in as only primary IDE port. Also, check each IDE device to the right setting master/slave/stand alone. Try to remove all IDE devices except for the hard drives.
If the message appears during installation of Windows, make sure that the computer and installed devices are listed in the list of the products tested Microsoft Windows market.
Comments
Before upgrading to a new version of Windows, remove all third-party device drivers and system services and disable any antivirus. Contact software manufacturers for updates of these third-party tools.

Hi Jaaa,
1. What is the number of brand and model of the PC?
2. have you activated your Windows version?
3. ensure that all external devices are connected to the system?
Step 1:
If this isn't the case, you can try to activate and validate the product.
Check out the link:
Activate Windows 7 on this computer
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/activate-Windows-7-on-this-computer
Windows validation
http://www.Microsoft.com/genuine/validate/validatenow.aspx
Step 2:
You can start the system in safe mode and check.
See the link below:
Start your computer in safe mode
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/start-your-computer-in-safe-mode
Step 3:
You can also check in the manufacturer's Web site to see if you have updates available (Basic Input\Output System) BIOS. Log in the website to check the same.
Note: the BIOS update can be a complicated process, and if an error occurs, your computer could be rendered inoperative. Be sure to observe the instructions of the manufacturer.
Hope this information is useful.

Hello
I'm having a BSOD problem for awhile and everything that I tried to solve this problem didn't help. I can't use system restore because there is no previous to choose points. I also checked the memory with Windows Memory Diagnostic and the results are positive, no problem. The drivers are up to date. BSOD happens ONLY when I play games, but not with everything, which I find strange.

A new feature has been added to cleaning disc in October 2013, which is not available in cCleaner. To take advantage of the new feature, you need to change the existing settings . Type disk cleanup in the search above the Start button box and press ENTER. Click OK and after the calculation of space, you will see a window with a list of files to delete. Use the right-hand scroll bar to see the entries hidden further down the list.
