Bluetooth with blackBerry Z30 and leaving phone in Pocket

Hello, I'm having a problem with unlocking phone when I use my bluetooth headset to answer calls.  I wear gloves to work often take my phone out is not necessary while I'm working, not to mention bulky.  When she unlocks the screen in my pocket, my calls are frequently is completed by phone, move around in my pocket and pressing "end".  What's worse, is that I take my gloves off, locking the phone with the hardware button and continue with the call, only the phone unlock after the end of the call.  Then he Pocket numbers someone from the phone calls or favorite journal form

TLDR I leave my phone in my pocket while using the bluetooth headset.  Each call entering and end unlocks the screen which leads to the "composition of pocket" or "Pocket end a call.

Use a BlackBerry Holster or a pocket to keep him from doing this, because they have a magnet of sleeper inside.

If you want to reduce to touch the phone can get a BlackBerry HS-700 and you can just say "Answer" to answer a call

  • Maximum number of devices bluetooth pairable with Blackberry Curve and Pearl

I am writing a MIDP for Blackberry application and need to pair with many (dozens or more) equipment connected by Bluetooth - although they will not all be connected at the same time. Initially I will be discovered these other devices thanks to the discovery of normal Java device and then access it as PREKNOWN devices. Is there a limit to how many "known" devices that can be stored on these phones? And as the list grows very likely this will cause significant performance problems on the application?

From what I've already read in this forum, I guess that the devices cannot be "pre-loaded" by programming on phones, essentially bypassing the normal discovery process. Is this actually true?

    Thank you.

I know there is no way to preload bluetooth paired devices list.

Also, there is no limit on the devices in the list of paired devices.

First of all, I would like to remove the SIM card and reinsert.

Then, restart or restart the Z30.

Restart: With the BlackBerry powereddevice, press and hold the power button on top about 20-30 seconds, ignore the 3-2-1 timer and hold the button until the screen goes black and you see the red LED.
    or
Restart: With the phone smart BlackBerry turned on, using the keys of volume of the edge side, press on and hold the keys of volume for about 20 seconds and both of the Up, ignoring the initial message of screenshot... the screen go black, reboot.

  • Problem with audio BT and I phone

Problem with incoming car bluetooth connection and calls on the iPhone 6.

BT Audio is not available for incoming calls on I Phone 6.  The software is up-to-date with IOS 9.3.2 BT Audio works with music, book audio apps but not with the portion of the arrival of telephone calls. I thought it had something to do with iCloud because he was out of storage space and I started to lose the apps. (Waze) - updated iCloud, bought more than place - problem still there. To hear that I have to activate the speaker phone.  If I hit audio car on the phone, no sound and it cuts the music.

    Greetings, MPTP!

Thank you for using communities of Apple Support. My understanding of your problem is that you do not hear callers on your iPhone when it's connected to the bluetooth feature in your car. • Portege 4010 Bluetooth - connection for samsung and motorola phones probs

I have a portege 4010 with bluetooth. I am trying to connect to our two phones - a samsung sgh-e370 (newish) and a motorola V600 (2 years). Both have BT I downloaded and installed the latest Tosh BT stack (4.0.something). Shows Device Manager four drivers of tosh in BT - all are OK. I have allowed the discovery and allow the connection on the tosh. I did the same thing on the phones. When I run the "Add new connection" Wizard on tosh, he finds two phones and they appear under the devices section in BT Manager with the names I gave them on real phones. However, neither picked up phone tosh and showed no tosh by asking the numbers of pins on the phones.

The net result is I now two phones display in BT Manager, but if I click on is and choose use log I recover the error "connection failed".

If I try to find the portege using the phone, the samsung it is but motorola doesn't have. I can't get the motorola to twin with the tosh - it just says "unable to pair up with the portege.

    Any help gratefully received.

    Hello

I don't really know what is the problem in your case, but I did this a few times with my Motorola RAZR V3 and it works fantastic. The whole was finished for 1 minute. I hope that you do it in the right order, but I am writing to you the steps I did:

1 activate the Bluetooth using the FN + F8 key combination
    2. install the new hardware if necessary (some of them)
    3. start the Bluetooth stack
4 turn on the Bluetooth on the mobile phone (discoverable)

    5. Select the Express mode > next
    6. choose visible device listed in 'Bluetooth device list' > next
7 choose to identify passkey (1234)
    8. Enter the key in the mobile phone. Twinning will be success

I did it on this path, and now I can send all documents in my Tecra. If you want to use as a modem, you must do this:

    1. after peeling going on Next and configure the internet connection
    (provider number) > finish
    2. the new connection will be created in the Bluetooth stack utility
    3. you can start the numbering with double click or click with the right button of the mouse and choose 'connect '.

  • Sync blackBerry with Blackberry classic and computer software problems

I get persistent on Blackberry link error messages when I try to sync my BB classic with my computer. The message reads: "CPreferences Manager: Configuration for, preferences, Account_5_327628, SyncAccountld_2 not the value inTransConfig.xml for translator RimBB.'»

What this means and how can I fix the problem, so my sync can be successful, please?

Thanks a lot for the suggestion. I followed the procedures. I already have the latest version of Windows 7 Professional on my computer and the 1.2 update link to BlackBerry. I've also posted the order suggested in the command prompt. After pressing the Enter key, I launched the Blackberry link again. Unfortunately, the same errors occurred.

Rather than trying to contact BlackBerry Technical Support Services, I watched again the synchronization process... There seems to be no problems regarding synchronization of the Contacts. However, the mechanism seems to hesitate on the sync of the calendar entries. On this basis, I went back and changed my settings for the calendar so I changed to a two-way synchronization between the device and the computer for a one-way ticket between my device and the computer with a preference given to my device. A message indicating that some elements would be removed from my computer and others from my camera. Given that I printed on my calendar every week from Outlook, I felt that it was worth sacrificing some entries if he allowed the synchronization to continue smoothly. So I accepted the deletions. When I tried to sync again, no error has occurred. At this point I returned to two-way sync as I had before, but always with the preference given to my device.

Perhaps the above can be useful to others who are struggling with the same error message.

  • Task of blackBerry Smartphones and Contacts (phone list) are not synchronize

With the help of Blackberry for over a month.  E-mail and calendar work perfectly well, however, tasks and Contacts synchronized for a few weeks then stopped.  My exchange server works fine for all but the Blackberry server or device is not for the tasks and Contacts.

If you are on a BES?

Is the sync wireless for the tasks and contacts? Open each one and press the menu key and go to options and then search for wireless sync. Tasks are generally not enabled on default Bes, so make sure that your BES administrator has enabled.

  • BlackBerry Z30 Z30 will not work with Bose SoundLink Mini

Someone at - it a problem of playing music to the Bose SoundLink Mini through bluetooth? It is the first time that I try matching my Z30 Bose enclosure using bluetooth. He said the pregnant Bose is connected but I can't hear any music that comes out of the speaker. All I hear is short "pulsed" sounds. I am able to pair my iPhone and play music very well. I wonder if there is a bluetooth blackberry problem?

I have used with Z10 and now use it with my passport. Also use it with the PlayBook.

Given the works of speaker with another device, I agree that the problem is with the Z30 and not the speaker.

Have you checked for any other audio problem? Strictly a problem via bluetooth?

    Have you restarted and tested?

Have you tried a soft reset and tested?

Have you deleted the pairing, re-paired and tested?

  • BlackBerry Z30 Somethings wrong with my BlackBerry Z30

Hello! I hope that you are having a good day! (:
My problem is that my BlackBerry apps like music, photos and videos don't work, well, let me explain a little.
I have a Blackberry Z30, and from one day to the other applications such as music, photos and videos stopped showing files, at first I thought they were all deleted hut and then I went to the file manager application and everything was there, except when I restarted my phone it says the same thing in apps "No Music" or any other file , I tried turning on the USB mass storage, then put it inside the SD card again and it didn't work, the fact that I also read using a card reader, but the problem is that I write has a card reader, had an adapter for the micro SD card, is there another way I can fix this? Without the card reader? If you please can someone tell what it could be?
    Thank you!

@JenniGary Are you always this processing, or have you solved it?

For what it's worth, 10.2.1 isn't the last. You see that because the carrier controls the release of OS for end users (in most cases), the device and the link report the latest official version from the carrier.

Regarding the problems of the media, here is what I would try.

Put all the multimedia files on the memory card, if you have not already.

Do not use the mass storage mode, at least not for now. Turn the power off. Connect the device to the computer using link. Do it via wifi, if possible, or use the USB cable. You should see internal storage devices and the memory as readers. You can use the Explorer of files on your computer to move files on the memory card the device.

Now copy everything on the map in a folder on the computer.

Format the media card using the device.

Copy your files (documents, images, video, audio) from the computer to the media card, into the appropriate folders. Do not copy the dat and info files, only files of your document and the media.

Application data must be downloaded again. Some or most of which will be automatic. Others, you may need to do it manually. This will depend on what you have.

    Good luck.

I wanted to know if z30 sta100-5 will work against available official sta100-2 (India) in India.

STA 100-5 i do me through one of my friends in canada.

can someone explain the difference on above and confirmation please?

am on network 3g vodafone in mumbai.

    Has done for the India:

      • Quad-band, FD - LTE (1, 3, 7, 8, 20) + MIMO
      • Quadband UMTS / HSPA + (1, 2, 5/6, 8)
