"BOLD" in CSS is not displayed in IE7

I created using the external STYLE sheet, the bold in Heading1 views correctly in Dreamweaver and in Firefox, but not in IE7. All other styles; font size, color display correctly. Any suggestions?

... -seems it s a new tag that I have never heard of ;-)

I´d do this way: change the CSS:

#content p.head1 {/ * definition for a class for a certain paragraph * /}
make-weight: bold;
}

the class attached to the paragraph:

Real Medicine Foundation / Jeevan Jyoti Health Service Society (JJHSS)

Prevention of HIV and care program Jhabua, Madhya Pradesh, India

works better?
