• Windows Update has failed. Don't want to not brick it. Need help

  I just received my Revo RL80-UR23.  WIN8 booted up fine.  Went to get the usual windows updates.  All 102 of them (~ 1 GB).  Clicked on install.  During the installation of 99%, he failed and spent several hours back to before the updates.   For a while there I thought I was going to be stuck.  He would not return back and what I would do if the boot has been altered.

  I'm starting to feel like Michael Douglas in the movie Falling Down and need help.

  History:
  Finally, I sent to my bad WRT-ngn350 router and when I got the replacement of all but the plastic leg support has been included. I want to have my router stand up to save desktop space, but now I have no foot.

  "OK, should not be difficult to get Linksys to send me the missing foot stand" was my thought. Now, I called the online RMA and also emailed them and I get a similar response as Michael Douglas took with a smile

  I hear that I can't get the part because it is not on the list the content of the product. As this is * my * problem. I want the part and do not care if it's on a list or not.   If you can ping the router then you should be able to TFTP firmware to the router by ethernet cable. It shouldn't take very long. If you do not know how to TFTP, so here's how: type in this line in the command prompt: tftp-I 192.168.1.1 put (it's where you put your firmware to the router) and then press ENTER. The firmware should go where are the parenthes. The firmware should be typed in as it is displayed in the command prompt.

  Hiya, people. I'm SO happy to have met this forum. I need some serious advice with a purchase of Craigslist lightning. This morning, I picked up a DesignJet 450 c with legs/stand and a JetDirect 300 x print server. I did a quick Google search to see if the printer would work with my Macbook and the answer * seems * Yes, it will, using Gutenprint. I could not test the unit out before I forked over the money, but I have fire and managed to load paper, scroll the lightshow market, etc. Worst case, I can sell it on Craigslist.

  I've got it now houses, and I really have no idea how to do it get up and running. It is connected, turned on and it will print configuration pages (so-more in a minute), but something is not quite right and I need help, whether it is user error, bad consumables or a defective unit.

  When I load a sheet of paper and run the black print cartridge alignment routine, I get a sheet printed in alone cyan. When I run the color cartridge alignment routine, I get a printed sheet only in cyan. In fact, when I'll be whatever it is, it is printed in alone cyan.   What is the address of the computer? It should be in the same frame. If this is not the same then the direct stream must be reset so that it can find an ip address that corresponds to your network. Outermost Jet directs reset if you disconect the power and then hold the test button and connect the power supply to. For a few seconds, then release. Wait about 1 minute and then press the test button to get the config page which should now show a new ip address. Type that ip address in your web browser, and it can have a web page where you can refine the settings to make the permanent address.

  If you had something but the 645 GTX, GTX 745 or GTX 750 ti, you 330w POWER supply. The PSU is determined by what GPU, you, you no what revision. If you want to upgrade to the GTX 960 (the one you accessed is good), you must supply 330w (what I describe as a big black brick with an oval green LED). You probably have the 240w.

  I created an effect straight project. I want to make four 4 very specific uses.  Unfortunately, I don't know anything about these formats to be given options in AE - CS4.  One of the many 'rendering settings' and 'output module' settings 'make model '.  This seems the best option for me given my future use: 1) for the DVD; (2) for electronic mail; (3) for YouTube. (4) my web site.  I read and reread the rendering and export options in the manual of use-AE CS4 without success in understanding what each option should be used for.  I need help in the translation of pixelpicker-talk.

  Can someone help me about these accurate "rendering settings" and "output module" parameters listed in AE in the option "make and model"?

  I understand - I think the article using After Effects is a very complete resource, explaining the various features and their purposes. But the real world is full of special cases that are very difficult to address in a manual. In addition, it is a moving target. Different best options today probably the best choice, next year.

H264 (advanced version of MPEG-4) format is really good in terms of efficiency, but its ' adoption is perhaps not as widespread yet. Flash Video (FLV) is really good in this regard. In this case, you could choose Adobe Flash Video (FLV) as the format in the output Module and then choose preset FLV 'Flash 8 web small' for this purpose.

  3 YouTube: it's not that simple. The ideal format for YouTube is not quite exist, they insist on the re-encoding each file that you download, even if your file is technically identical in every way to their versions. So what you want here is something that looks good and it isn't huge to download. This all spells 'H264', in my opinion. The details depend on the question of if your Composition is HD or SD, 4:3 or 16:9, etc. Strange as it may seem, the big "iPod" preset for the format H264 is a good starting point. You can customize it to increase the speed of transmission a little (maybe 2 or 2.5 Mbps, against 1.5 Mbps).

  4 website: even once, you need something that most people already have in their computers. Flash Video is an excellent choice, since about 98 percent of users have the Flash plugin. But in this case, you can have more great heights and flow rates, so you can use the "Flash 8 big' defined by default as a starting point. Once the Flash 10 plugin (which now supports the H264 in addition FLV) spreads in the future, you could standardize on H264 in a delivery format, with different settings for each type of destination.
