BrowseBar2 update? (to enter the path of the directory in Bridge)

I use the very convenient extension of BrowseBar2 to the bridge, but it does not work with CS6. Does anyone know if there are plans to update? Or what it would take to do the upgrade? The source code is available?

I find it annoying having to manually go one level of directories at once again. I often open the directory required in Windows Explorer and loved being able to just copy / paste the path into Bridge.

David Salahi

Actually, Paul Rigott responded in the Bridge Scripting forum that the extension is not necessary more because you can "just click on the path to the top and it changes so that you can edit or paste in".

TAB through the fields that exist. It is the function of the TAB.

Otherwise you could never use TAB to go out in a field for example: subject. It would create an indefinate number of fields and are unable to function as a TAB key.

TAB does not back to THE fields,
New crests to THE fields or donkey typing/selection enter/return address, you can use the selection of mouse click.

  • Need to re - enter the password each time [was: is it well possible?]

    I have 2 computers

It is my office (windows 8), the other is a laptop (Mac)

Whenever I update DW, I need to enter again all the passwords to enter the websites I had done.

Each time, I hope that one day I will remember this before the update.

    Well, my question is:

I have the password to upload files to the hosting in my office for a single site, but not on my laptop, and I don't see what it is.

If I sync my desktop settings in the cloud, is that my password goes hand in hand with synchronization?

Hope you understand and that you can help me out here.

    Thank you

Subject line edited by moderator for clarity

Using the options of synchronization for definitions of site does not work well if a computer is running Windows and the other is a Mac. The problem is that site definitions include the path to the local folder. Windows and Mac have totally different file structures, so everything is messed up (although passwords must be preserved).

I found that the best approach is to deselect the option synchronize site definitions. When you first launch Dreamweaver after update, select Advanced Options and clear the options to synchronize the site definitions and keyboard shortcuts.

  • Change the path of the directory for a song

I have a song in iTunes for which the directory path is wrong.  Therefore, it gets placed in my iTunes in the wrong spot.  I cannot seem to edit the directory path.  This song "merely" has a folder of an underscore (which needs to be deleted) just before the folder of the artist's name and therefore gets placed at the top of my artist list as artist, _.  I have tried dragging it and dropping it into the correct place but it does not stay there.  Please help.

With the right button of the track in your library, info, go to the Details tab and enter the correct information of the artist and Album.

If you've set iTunes to 'keep your Media organized' the file will move to the right place.  If this option is not set, delete the song on iTunes and add it again.

  • Satellite C660 - continues to enter the system repair

    Can someone help me?

I have a Toshiba Satellite C660. Yesterday, it crashed. When it restarted, it went in the repair of the system and whenever I rebooted, it entered the system repair. Don't know if it is relivant but I get a windown come with drvload.exe back.

So I did a factory restore hdd thinking this would clearly be the problem, but it didn't. Now I always get a repair system each time I do updates of mircosoft when I restart, more I can't hardly open programs like firefox, add and remove programs.

I now use a check of HDD to see if I have bad sectors, have also scan mcfee which showed no virus.

Any suggestions would be grateful because do not know what to try next.

    Thank you very much

    Hello

    > So I did a factory restore hdd thinking this would clearly be the problem, but it didn't.
That would mean he s no malfunction of the software and the problem seems to be hardware related. HARD drive recovery can restore the original settings of the software box and they are pre-tested by Toshiba. So, theoretically, he could be sector failed HARD drive, RAM failure or something else

    > Now, I always get a repair system each time I do updates of mircosoft
This would mean that the problem appears only after Windows update or I understand something wrong?
