button inside pan & zoom image?

My client requires a button (still) static inside image when using a panoramic viewer and zoom. A single tap to return to the page. Is this possible?

No, not for a pan & zoom. You can add a button to a moving image that pans in any direction, but there is no zoom.

  • Interactive buttons in a Pan & Zoom

    Hello

    I was wondering if there was a way to have interactive buttons in a Pan & Zoom?

    I understand that you can only use JPEG or PNG for Pan & Zoom. Y at - it a way for a specific place in the Pan & Zoom button. For example, if someone has seen Iphone London Tube map application, where it's just a picture of the tube map, it has a pan and zoom on it, but that's all. I wonder if I could (using for example tube map application) to ensure that you can pan and zoom around the image (map), but when you find the destination of tube, you want you could click that link to something else?

    I think it's the best way I could explain it.

    You cannot do this with the pan DPS incorporated and zoom overlay. You should write this in HTML5 and use the web overlay to display it.

  • Keyframing Pan/Zoom - how to simplify?

    I want to do a simple effect where I start the clip centered at 100% and zoom to off-center at 120%. So, basically, keyframing size and position on the length of the fastener.

    To do this, I do the following steps:

    1 Select the item in the timeline

    2. make sure that the CTI is at the beginning of the clip

    3. Select the effects tab

    4. open the section position and set a keyframe for the size and another keyframe to the position

    5 back to the item in the timeline panel and press 'End' to ensure the CTI is at the end of the clip (the 'End' key does not move ICT in the creation of keyframes Panel)

    6. turn in the effect controls panel

    7 set a keyframe for the size and another keyframe to the position

    8. in the screen, use the framework to expand and move the chassis according to the needs. Alternatively, type a number in the field of zoom percentage.

    That's a lot of steps freaking do something I do a lot!

    Ideally, I would like to at least be able to click one button and have a PP automatically:

    • Create a keyframe to zoom on the first frame of the selected clip
    • Create a keyframe to zoom to the last frame of the selected clip
    • Create a keyframe position to the first frame of the selected clip
    • Create a keyframe position to the last frame of the selected clip.

    Does anyone know an easy way to do this? I think that retouching that Pan/Zoom has one of the most common effects, and I can't believe that we need so much mousing and clicking to do such a simple effect!

    I have a keyboard to play, then I could program some macros typo, but I don't think that I could program switching between panels so any solution should be based entirely on the keyboard.

    TIA!

    FYI, I just update this thread to say that I was able to do exactly what I want using Presets (explanation here).

    Basically, I just took any clip and applied the effect I want. For example, to zoom I would keyframe the Motion > scale: put a keyframe to the beginning of the clip that is 100%, then another near the end of the clip that is 120%. You can then right mouse click on the video effect of movement and select "Save Preset" with the option "scale".

    Then in the future, I can simply apply registered 'Zoom In' preset to any clip. Once applied, I can always open the Panel of the effects to tweak the effect (say maybe move the image key, or 150% instead of 120% zoom).

    Other presets I have found useful: Zoom out, Fade In, Fade Out, Fade In + Fade Out (useful for title cards) and fast color corrector to boost contrast and saturation.

  • Buttons inside frames with scroll

    I have a series of photographs which act as buttons that go to a page number. In an article, I've grouped these buttons and put them inside a floating frame. They work very well.

    Now, in another article (both of these items are part of the same FOLIO) these buttons just go to WHO. The MSOs have pan and zoom enabled (many current interactivity). I have cut and paste these buttons inside of a framework and made scroll, but the buttons are non-functional. Why the buttons functional within a framework and non-functional in another?

    There is a problem with buttons now. You can try to rename the buttons with all lowercase letters and without spaces or wait for the fix.

  • Rounded corners do not work in Folio overlay "pan & zoom".

    ******BUG******

    Concise problem statement:

    Using InDesign CS 6 V 8.0.9

    with DPS 12.3.3.20120911_m_699825

    8.0.9.23

    When you use the "pan & zoom" Folio overlay feature rounded corners do not work correctly on the sidebar content. Instead the image inside the frame "pan & zoom" spills out the rounded edge creating a bad time for those who like rounded corners and rounded corners are ignored...

    Steps to reproduce the bug:

    1 place an image on the stage, select a rectangular frame and click on the yellow box.

    2. set the rays of all the four corners together or a corner, is okay, as long as at least one of the corners are round.

    3. place oversized inside the box content, select the container with rounded corners and turn ON the overlay of Folio "pan & zoom".

    Results:

    When you test the document the corners rounded initially seems to work; However, after the activation of the function "pan & zoom" with a click/touch content charging as expected, but spills outside soft rays of four corners.

    Expected results:

    content should load IN the rays of the four corners in the same way as in the idle state, allowing users to actively "pan & zoom".

  • AS3 button inside a movieclip

    I only started to learn AS3, I have a very simple question, but I can't understand it.

    I have a movieclip with instance name mcChange, and it has a button inside btnBack. When the button is clicked, I want to debut at the first image on the main stage.

    I would appreciate if you could help me with this one.

    where is the code?

    Chronology of mcChange when the button exists in case:

    btnBack.addEventList...

    If during the kinship of mcChange chronology after mcChange and btnBack exist:

    mcChange.btnBack.addEventList...

    the code that must be in the listener function depends on where the code is located and where the main stage is relative to the location of the code, if someone is bound to suggest any MovieClip (root) to the main timeline, which is always bad coding but will often work of reference.

  • PE13 / Scaleing Photos in video / Pan & Zoom

    I thought that I had presented this 7 hours or if there is and I wondered why no reply until I didn't see any trace of it.  In any case, try to second:

    PE13.1 on WIN7 64 bit Intel PC.

    Insert digital pictures in a video and using Pan & Zoom.

    I studied tutorials such as: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YhLBAT_kLHs

    I learned to set "scale to the size of the frame = OFF".

    I set the time to 'Hold' to zero...

    The recommendation when you include digital photos in a video HD is to reduce the Image to 2000 x 1500.

    We mainly use a Canon EOS 550 d, where images are 5184 x 3456.  Can I reduce to 2250 x 1500 via IrfanView.

    HOWEVER: when we Pan & Zoom, we will perform a zoom in on a part of the photo then don't really want us

    as much resolution as we can get in order to preserve good quality as PE claculate all frames

    between the beginning and end of the movement?

    Thoughts?

    I appreciate that the more data we have by photo more rendering will be.

    In general, I am from almost 100% of the inserted picture and then pan and zoom to 25% of the surface (not down to a blade of grass!).

    I also intend on reports on a number of issues I had with Pan & Zoom, but of course, when I was

    attempt to reproduce for posting this everything worked very well

    I was preparing a response, but I see that you already have a. When you're done there, here's what I've prepared for you to consider because of its relevance to your question - but do not have the ability to post until now.

    1 Please read my comments on the Premiere Elements, size of the photo projects and the size of the picture in what concerns to the Pan and Zoom.

    This is a well detailed article, you can start with the end of comment and various points that there.

    First Elements ATR troubleshooting: PE: on the picture "not to exceed" recommended pixel Dimensions

    As for your question about the size of the photo and limit in Premiere Elements, I can address this first hand...

    If you have the Premiere Elements run as a 32-bit application, the project still crashes which exceeds a fixed number of pixels.

    Which is detailed my self in the next Adobe thread, post 6

    JPG size limit in PE8?

    When you run Premiere Elements as a 64-bit application, you do not get the project that prevents you from importing the image with the number of pixels above the limit of 32-bit application. I do not know the max, but I took several pixels file 10000 x 7500 in the first elements 64 bit application without problem. But, just because I have does not mean that I should. Level of computer resources will set your personal boundaries.

  • How to put a button * inside * a trigger

    Hi people.

    I was directed to a good tutorial on how to put a button inside a target in a composition, but for some reason that I am not able to do the same thing when I try to put a button inside a trigger.

    I want to do is to have the icon of the trigger to change a bit (just get bigger) when you ride on it.   But I'm having a hell of a time.   Anyone know a work around?

    Thank you!

    No workaround but functionaloty normal:

    1. Select the trigger.

    2. open the States Panel.

    3, select 'Normal' in the States Panel.

    4. click on the word "fill" in the control strip above.

    5. a dialog box will open. Here, select an image to fill the trigger.

    6. click on other States in the States Panel and complete relaxation with a different version of your image.

  • Creating a button that changes with images in a slide show in Adobe Muse?

    You are able to create a new button inside or outside of a slideshow that changes with the images?  I want to have the images change and contain a title and a link to the project that they are linked to.  Whenever the image changes, so automatically or someone clicks the "Next/previous" buttons, the button link and title will change with it.

    You can use the part of the legend of slideshows. Since the text in a changes of legend as well as the image in the slideshow, you can add your own text to images.

  • Premiere Elements use a "line rate" for pan/zoom?

    Pan/zoom of Premiere Elements function has some sort of option accelerate/decelerate, selectable by the user, be integrated with the pan/zoom?

    By speed up/slow down, I mean the pan/zoom will start very slowly, then over a period of a second or two, speed up for some constant speed to move the distance defined by the user in time defined by the user and then at the end of the pan/zoom, decelerate over the last second or two at a stop.

    Makes the pan/zoom seem much more "opposite human/organic"...as to, 'robot-like' if the pan/zoom does not gently accelerate/decelerate at the beginning and at the end. "

    Thank you...

  • Why the Pan & Zoom Tool cannot start with the frame using photos

    I used the animation panning and zoom in Microsoft Movie Maker - and want the same ease of use in any other program (I find that he does a great job of a soundtrack placement and text/image) see options from the menu below...   I purchased Premiere Elements after watching a short video of the pan & zoom tool - but now I'm trying to use it it falls way short.

    Y at - there a way for me to select the whole photo as the starting frame – in the screenshot below that frame 1 will extend to the entire photo, so I'm going with a cropped image.  I want the full Frame of the photo and then be able to zoom and pan in the direction of faces - while I can still do it with the cropped image I lost part of my picture and the context it provides.

  • How Pan / Zoom to a section of a picture with first Elements 9?

    I'm trying pan/zoom into sections of some pictures, I add to a video... Looks like something that should be easy enough to do, but I can't understand it.  The 'help' posts only in detail how in PrEl 8, which doesn't jive with version 9.  I appreciate any help - thanks!

    Welcome to the forum.

    What you're looking for is Keyframing and in this case, apply those two fixed effects, Motion > scale (Zoom) and the movement > Position (Pan).

    I find that easier to accomplish in the effect controls panel. Select your still Image Clip on the Timeline. Go to the effects tab and click on change the effects. This will bring up the effect controls panel, and you will see the effects fixed (no effect, that you may have added), movement, Rotation, opacity, and Volume (if there is Audio). In your case, you want to twirl open movement (small triangle), to expose the scale and Position. Keyframing ON switches for each, with the CTI (current time mark) at the head of the still/Clip (first image), then place the CTI where you want the effect Keyframing to complete, say that the maximum Zoom level. Do the same for the Position (Pan).

    Steve Grisetti has a good series, Basic Keyframing, on Muvipix.com. Note that the series is for subscribers only, but he alone is worth the subscription. I highly recommend this series. Once you get down the notion of effects of keyframes, a whole new world opens up for them. He is descendant of the concept, which takes a few tries and thinking. All this time will be well spent, as Keyframing is quite possible.

    Here's a look at the effects of pre 4.0 Control Panel. It is almost identical to PrE 9:

  • Cannot click on buttons inside draggable movieclip.

    I have a removable clip, mc_PI on the stage in which I have another movieclip, mc_PIcontainer in which I load an image.  Then, I place a few buttons, btn_Ant1, btn_Ant2, etc. inside mc_PI.

    mc_PI hangs out just fine within the limits that I said, but I can't click the buttons that are inside mc_PI.  I need the buttons inside the mc_PI, because I need them to drag as well as the image in mc_PI.mcPIcontainer.  My code is:

    ///////////////////
    Dragging.
    ///////////////////
    var container: MovieClip = mc_PI.mc_PIcontainer.createEmptyMovieClip ("container", 1);
    var mcLoader:MovieClipLoader = new MovieClipLoader();
    mcLoader.addListener (this);
    mcLoader.loadClip ("images/PI.jpg", mc_PI.mc_PIcontainer.container);

    function onLoadInit(mc:MovieClip)
    {
    mc.forceSmoothing = true;
    MC._quality = "BEST";
    }

    mc_PI.useHandCursor = false;
    mc_PI.onPress = function (): Void
    {
    startDrag (this, false,-910,-1769, 1, 36);
    }

    mc_PI.onRelease = mc_PI.onRollOut = function (): Void
    {
    stopDrag();
    }

    /////////////////////////

    mc_PI.btn_Ant1.useHandCursor = true;
    mc_PI.btn_Ant1.onRelease = function (): Void
    {

    to check click parent1 child1, use:

    {parent1.onRelease = Function ()}

  • access a button inside a movieclip

    Hey...

    IM pretty new to Flash, I have a problem that took hours, only not to get sorted, so I'll try my luck here...

    I basically made a substitution menu that is nested within a movieclip. the movieclip is placed on 1 st. on the main Timeline frame and I want the buttons inside the clip to the user of a different image on the main timeline, but no matter what I do, it's just does not...

    Here are some of it solutions I've tried to do:

    function work1(e:Event)

    {

    //MovieClip(parent.parent).gotoAndStop ("work1")

    //gotoAndStop ("work1")

    //this.gotoAndStop ("work1")

    //parent(gotoAndStop ("work1"))

    //MovieClip(this.parent).gotoAndStop ("work1")

    //MovieClip(parent.gotoAndStop ("work1"))

    //this(gotoAndStop ("work1"))

    //main.gotoAndStop ("work1")

    //root.gotoAndStop ("work1")

    //MovieClip(root).gotoAndPlay ("work1")

    //MovieClip(stage).gotoAndPlay ("work1")

    MovieClip (root.parent.parent) .gotoAndStop ("work1");

    }

    work1_btn.addEventListener (MouseEvent.CLICK, Group1);

    I hope someone can help...

    Of course, LOL and thanks, glad that I can help you.

    for future things, (which didn't need to wait for a rendering as this project), if you want to get specific with your listeners (instead of a listener to the stage), you can add the following:

    var buttons: Array = new Array (btn1_name, btn2_name, btn3_name);

    for each {(var btn in buttons)

    btn.addEventListener (MouseEvent.CLICK, clickHandler);

    }

    That will restrict the event to those buttons... but use your button names in the table of course.
