  Hey! I am looking for a new laptop in the order of € 1200, maybe a little more. I'm editing 1080 p (sometimes at 60 fps), but in AE I want to change the templates and create an animation cool intros. Nothing super advanced yet but I want it to be smooth, because on my laptop today, it's super slow (read at 3-12 fps in AE). I also want to Premiere Pro to be faster, especially when I add effects like stabilization deform and it takes too long to make. Sometimes I use hearing, prelude, Photoshop, Illustrator, but especially the first and AE. I want to do a few 4K changes in the future, but that might be too much for my budget. Or not?   Hello.  I don't think that the BIOS itself is locked to any BONE, at least in a way that you can't turn off.  The biggest problem you'll have is to find drivers that work.  Intel went to bed with Microsoft of processors and chipsets before will not fully support or support at all, nothing below windows 10.  If you can find the drivers for the components inside the computer that works with Windows 7, then you shouldn't have any problem installing windows 7.

  Apple batteries will be sold if Apple installs, NOT the user.  If you have a MBP, this is probably the best option because the batteries are pasted into the retina.  If you have a retina no MBP, look at the OWC site for NuPower batteries or search the Internet for brand batteries Anker.  Anything else can be 'high risk' in terms of quality.

  Welcome to the VMware communities forum.

  There is no problem with the Fusion 8 recognizing of your virtual machines to Fusion 5 (or more), it will go just pick up where you left off.

  There are a few borderline cases, as it officially you should have your virtual machines closed and not suspended and preferably without clichés before upgrading to a newer version of the merger. However, in practice I saw real topics with that either.

  Note that it is recommended to backup your virtual machines before going any further. Do this by copying them to an external drive (not dependent on time machine for backups of virtual machines) and then disconnect the drive.

  You can start using on Fusion 8 for 30 days trial period, simply download it from here:

  Try VMware Fusion or Fusion Pro. Run Windows on a Mac without rebooting.

  Once it works as you want, simply assign the license to the merger to change it in the full licensed version.

  Actually, I disagree with respect.  Photoshop makes good use of a large multi-core system.

  I use a desktop PC top of range 12 core for more than a year.  Hyperthreading gives me 24 logical processors.

  

  A lot of Photoshop uses all of the logical processors whenever possible.  Which means that the system is available for your use as much more quickly.
