  I have a song in iTunes for which the directory path is wrong.  Therefore, it gets placed in my iTunes in the wrong spot.  I cannot seem to edit the directory path.  This song "merely" has a folder of an underscore (which needs to be deleted) just before the folder of the artist's name and therefore gets placed at the top of my artist list as artist, _.  I have tried dragging it and dropping it into the correct place but it does not stay there.  Please help.

  I find it annoying having to manually go one level of directories at once again. I often open the directory required in Windows Explorer and loved being able to just copy / paste the path into Bridge.

  Actually, Paul Rigott responded in the Bridge Scripting forum that the extension is not necessary more because you can "just click on the path to the top and it changes so that you can edit or paste in".

I attribute the name of the folder to a variable. Test demonstrates the foldername table works fine. Name of the folder hardcoding in PCTCT gives the desired result. BUT, when I replace all or part of the DIRECTORY = 'path' with the file name-variable default performance is the root directory as defined by the ftp credentials.
