C:\users\andy\appdata\local\ucenonuci.dll

Hi, I got a Trojan horse on my computer I paid the tariff to remove, which they did, had 2 attempts.

Now when I start my computer my homepage of Andy Office area with (C:\users\andy\appdata\local\ucenonuci.dll) that displays on this subject.

I tried restore but the only way to remove it goes back to the Trojan, so I guess that maybe McAfee may have deleted a file by mistake they do not say.

Any help please

you have searched for the file?

You can also use msconfiog.exe to disable the start-up input.

    Hi Adrien,.

According to the description, it seems that you are having problems with the startup error message and the computer doesn't wake up from its sleep.

Follow the suggestions below for a possible solution:

Method 1: I suggest you perform the clean boot and check if the problem persists.

Place the computer in a clean boot state, then check if it helps. You can start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

Note: After troubleshooting, be sure to configure the computer to start as usual as mentioned in step 3 of the article mentioned above.

Could someone suggest me how to fix above error message.

    Hello

    ·        When you get the error message?

In addition to what Michael Murphy has suggested, you can also try the suggestions below and check if that helps.

    Step 1:

You can check whether or not the same phenomenon occurs in safe mode. To start in SafeMode followed the link given below.

    Startup options (including safe mode)

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/advanced-startup-options-including-safe-mode

    Step 2:

If the same does not happen in safe mode the put the computer in a clean boot state and indicate the application is causing the problem. You may need to uninstall reinstall the app and check if that helps. To put the computer in a clean boot state, follow the link below.

How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135

Note: When you are finished troubleshooting, follow step 7 article to start on normal startup.

    Hope this information is useful.
