  Whenever I restart my computer I am asked to insert the disc from center of solutions.  When I do, I get the following error message:

  I tried your suggestion and got the same error message after the repair.  However, when I rebooted, I have not the prompt to insert the disc of Center of Solution, so maybe it will work.  I'll check in with you later.  Thank you very much!

  I use Media Center a few times a week to save on network TV.  Tonight my scheduled to record Cold case on CBS failed because "the registration of this content is prohibited by the content provider.  I've never seen a message like this and have many other CBS programs registered.  In addition, my Comcast DVR is recording without any problems since I switched to it when WMC has failed to reoord it.  Similarly, my DVR Replay previously recorded Cold Case and other CBS programs without problem.  No indication as to what is happening here?

• Failed to save the Mac Pro Quad Core 10.8.5

  I recently installed Mountain Lion on a newly formatted on my Mac Pro Quad Core Intel Xeon desktop drive, installed all updates to 10.8.5 and now when I try to record on the 1 TB drive, says the disk is locked. When I try to copy files to the boot disk, I authenticate first. The other 2 HD copy and record properly. What is happening that I can't save or copy on the new drive? My applications act as they are also used for the first time. I did a "Get Info" to verify permissions and changed to read & write for all accounts.

In the list box below, select the user account that has problems. At the bottom of the window, you will see a box labeled restore Home Directory permissions and ACLs. Click the button to reset there. The process takes a few minutes. When you're finished, restart.

  Hi all

  I have to pass a CVI 6a 2013 CVI.

  After working the binding DLLS/LIBs now everything compiles and links fine and the exe works as expected.

  But there are some users that I have to edit resource files. As soon as I open one of them (a few seconds) or when I want to change one little thing, and then save the file I get the error message next message (see attachment):

  Unable to save the user interface resource file '... uir ' (the file is not a user interface file or damaged)

  What is the problem and how to solve?

  Any idea is welcome.

  Thanks for your ideas.

  I oversaw that effort to push the standard of the button Save of the cvi after I clicked away the strange error messages.

  Strange but true: If the IUR files are saved now (in the appropriate format) and error messages no longer appear.

  I think that there is a small bug (or format or any change...) in 2013 CVI when overtaking of the UIR of CVI 6 files.

• Failed to save the registry change

  I have a Windows XP (SP3) machine in a domain environment.  The computer is correctly configured in the domain environment (assuming that, because I can log in as a domain administrator and all users get the startup script ran which maps some readers for them).

  I'm trying to change the registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate

  In particular - the key: WUServer

  I try to grab the WSUS server name it (i.e. http://main) (main is the name of the domain controller that is running WSUS).  When I entered the value and the output of the register - then go back into the registry, the key is still a Virgin.  I enter the server wsus again, exit, go back-it's empty.  It just won't save.

  I checked the permissions on the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate and 'authenticated users' was a total control.  Also, I gave myself so full control (domain\administrator).  Then, I gave "everyone" full control.  Just editing won't stay/save.

  What could be going on here?  It is the only computer in the company to behave like that.

  We have an installer of the C40 codec with control system. The touch screen has very limited control over the video-conference system, so not able to reject the "missed calls" message or alert that appear on the screen.

  The missed call alert appears permanently on the screen, even after you have launched another call. Is there a command API or how to turn off the prompt to alert/message missed calls?

  We cannot disable the OSD. It is one of the requirements.

  I'm going through my first vCenter Orchestrator configuration. I started following configuration directives in order. I logged in the vCenter Orchestrator Web Configuration utility. One of the first things to do is set the network on the server. I entered the network tab and click on the drop-down list to select the IP address of the host. This is where even 127.0.0.1. I chose the IP address of servers and it fills correctly in the DNS name with the full domain name field. Now it is supposed to be an Apply Now button that comes silence... but it doesn't.

  I left all the port settings on this page to the default value. I can click on the tab SSL and am able to import the certificate from the server vCenter without problem. All other aspects of the configuration has been completed (LDAP, database, server certificate, license) but I can not save the configuration of the network and bind to the network adapter. So I'm stuck. It is the last part of the initial configuration that will not end. Any help would be great.

  The Apply Now button has been available on any necessary location during installation.

• Failed to save to the directory/etc/vmware...

  Backup Exec is used to perform a weekly backup to the directory/etc, a number of ESX 3.5 hosts.  However, we get an error message saying that "access is denied to the directory/etc/vmware" for one of these ESX hosts.  Backup of all other directories in / etc is OK.  In addition, we run backup with the ROOT account.

  We would like to ask your advice on

  (1) what is contained in the directory/etc/vmware?

  (2) at - it suggestions of the denied access?

  / etc/vmware / * contains specific configuration files to esx.  Pass, firewall, configuration file overall esx.  If only a single host has failed while others succeeded, then it could have been a reboot pass, or something else that was currently using files in this folder, which may have caused the backup fails.

  I usually don't backup ESX ESX or configuration files, as it's generally faster rebuild that in order to restore itself in the case of ESX.

  Anyone heading the question where if they try to save the general plan of EAS to their local machine instead of the server, just EAS is there and transfer the data to the file?
  
  I used to be able to save the files on my PC without any problem, and now there's simply nothing. However, on my other PC I am still able to save the exact same outline, so I know it must be something specific to the configuration of my laptop, but have no idea what to look for.

  If it's web client, you use then it is most likely down to the used JRE, you're probably using 1.6 and 1.5 should not be able to save the outline.
  1.5 and 1.6 can co-exist, but you will need to disable 1.6 in the java settings, go to control panel configuration, java, java tab, click view and select only 1.5
  If you do not have a JRE installed 1.5 you must install one or use the other EAS client.

  I was hitting away at my first script for some time now, and I've tracked down the problem. I can't save all files to all locations of the script interface. I wrote a simple test script to see if she would ever save a file:

  This is incorrect, if using the backslash have you use a double bar backslash.

  or you can use a slash...

  This specific account has 'STore' as storage device... "Expenses" as a type of account, no brothers and sisters and one of their parents, I also "store."

• Failed to save two separate MIDI instruments

  I am simultaneously recording the 2 MIDI instruments - one is a keyboard-MIDI master assigned to a track of instrument (e.g. Piano) software one and the other is a set of electronic drums assigned to another track of software instrument (drums).

  I put the channel of the South of each track (Piano = 1, battery = 10) and also set the "Auto demix by channel...". ».

  It is - there is no filtering of the MIDI channel and the result is that the two instruments are recorded in the same way.

  If I remove the drum track and play the drums when the piano piece is selected, then the drum notes are played like piano.

  How can ensure me that each track will accept only the MIDI notes played by the instrument and not by any other instrument?

  Both channels must be active record!

  outside your piano controller must also pass on ch1 and drums on 10... Check this?
