Calendar of the developer SANDBOX to OCP

Nice day

I finally got my TRAY (in 2004) several years ago and earlier have the motivation to continue in the direction of OCP. I'm a developer, and I continue PL/SQL Developer certification. I wonder if there is a timeline in which my OCA is 'too old', and I need to re - test? or I'm going to continue and prepare for the exam 1Z0-146?

I take the new < u > Oracle Database 11g: program PL/SQL < /u > refresh my knowledge of some of the features of PL/SQL, I had not the opportunity to use; and then intend to take the Advanced PL/SQL class as part of my preparation.

I don't want to have to start over with the tests. I'm not a big fan of CBT, so if I can avoid a re - take, I would like that.

Thank you
Don.

In Oracle exams/certificates once won stay forever. So your certification will be 'too old '.

However, you must ensure it is OCA PL/SQL Developer (acquired via 1z0 - 147 + review SQL) or it may be a valid prerequisite to the OCP of PL/SQL. (Viz a DBA OCA would not satisfy nor make one 1z0-101 as far as I know).
