• Why can't easily get us a paid receipt?  NOT the same thing as a Bill.

  I'm able to keep a few open windows in Vista long enough to obtain information or make changes.  For example when I try to open my desktop display properties to change my picture it pops up for a split second, then disappears.  It does same when I try to go to the updates of Windows, so I have no idea what I might be missing in terms of new updates.  The update for this problem is perhaps as far I know.  Help!

  But I actually ended up answering my own question last night when I installed SP2 for Vista.  He fixed everything!  The only problem was trying to figure out if I was running a 32-bit version or 64 bit Vista with that I went on my site of manufacturers and realized that they sell only laptop computers with 32-bit.  So everything worked out in the end.  Just thought you would like to know for future clients.  :-)

  I'm afraid that's all I can think of.  The built-in Administrator account is supposed to activate during Safe Mode if there is no other (other than the built-in) administrator-level accounts, but perhaps it has been corrupted or deleted.

  At this point, the only thing I can really think to do is to reinstall your operating system from the system CD or recovery if the manufacturer included a restore partition.

• I lost a lot too many features that I use when I updated to Firefox 4. Now, I can't seem to find the Firefox 3 any where to get off so I can have these features back. Where is Firefox 3?

I just bought a new laptop with a lot of features that FF4 allows me to use (I could in FF3). Until that FF4 allows me to use these features I want to downgrade to FF3, but it seems to have completely disappeared from the internet. If I can't go back to FF3, I'll have to stop using FF completely so I can have all the features of my new laptop. Nothing bothers me more to buy something new, love everything it can do, then get an update that which saw upward.

  My computer came with Windows 7 Home premium 64 bit already intalled.

  A friend of mind said it could update my computer and he put Windows 7 Ulitimate on it, but 32-bit. Im having a lot of problems with the computer now.
