  I can't get any printer to work with my computer which uses Windows XP.  I checked with the companies of the printer and it is not a driver problem.  In addition, these printers all work on other computers that use Windows XP.  In addition, they worked on my computer for years until a few weeks ago.  I have been informed by the technicians of the printer who checked my computer to verify that it was not a 'driver problem' that there is a problem of Microsoft XP.   After the reboot, check again the Spooler Service for printing and the 'Status' column for the print spooler must be read "started."

  See if you can now print a Test Page.

  Submit new failure of print jobs.
