  I'm not an expert, but a few things to consider.

  1. If it doesn't happen on a movie that you look at, it could be as simple as the fact that it is a poor quality clip

  where the audio and video track are not sync'd properly... If this is the case, there is nothing you can do

  2. If the sound is out of sync on everything that you look at first try the simple fixes.

  Check your pc resources... If you have many pages open for a period of time, your free memory

  will drop to very little, my experience can often cause out of sync audio and video to go clips

  as there is too little memory for the pc work with so it juggles 2 tasks.

  Close some open windows

  Re start you the pc, then go directly to the site and watch the video before you open lots of windows

  If there are many programs that run in the task bar (those back ground of the programs in the support bar resources tasks too)

  then close those non-essential until your done.

  Have you applied the patch? You may have replaced the __init__.py file in the directory c:\view-python-apis\mfw instead of c:\view-python-apis\mfw\channel directory? You can take the original packaging of the instillation file and replace that?

  Microsoft Windows player is not the same as the Express Media Player, which is sometimes delivered with Toshiba laptops.
  As far as I know, this software cannot be downloaded and it s version an OEM if it s preinstalled on your laptop.
  In this forum, you will find some comments on this topic.
  To my knowledge, you cannot obtain and order the CD of Express Media Player if this application has not been delivered with your laptop.

I've used this program in my work, but when I read today the license agreement, it says that there are three types of licenses, and I wonder who the license that accompanies my computer and how do I know?

  Because if I only have a license "singleuser", it seems that I can only use it for personal and non-commercial use.

I, of course, am not a lawyer, but my understanding of the license agreements, you are in the clear. As long the software is not used to make personal financial gains copied/redistributed, or can be used by other people that you shouldn't have to worry about what. The software is designed as a tool to help you finish your work, but never as a means for direct profit; that is create/copy software, music discs, DVD, etc... For absolute certainty are trying to contact Roxio on this issue because I can honestly say I don't have a full understanding of their terms and conditions, but also if you register the product you should be able to get more information on their Web site.
