  No, you can t make GSM calls.
  You can only use it for a data transfer.

  If you want to make a call, you need an internet connection and could use a software like Skype for example.

  I worked on it for 2 days straight trying to find a solution and this is my last resort. I really hope that someone can help me because I even tried technicians internet ATT who couldn't help me.
