  When I try to add a new credit or debit card to my salary from apple, I get a pop up saying "sign in with your Apple ID in the settings", I click on settings, nothing happens and it closes without taking me to the settings.   I am sorry to say that debit cards are not allowed to make payments for Adobe products, you can pay by credit card or Paypal account. However if you are looking for a volume license, you can contact Adobe re seller and explore other options of payment.
