Can not complete the download and installation of Adobe CC for desktop

I downloaded en installed CC-destop. Although, I thought. I see only Adobe Application Manager. When I open it, I have to give my Adobe ID. Then he said: can't contact Adobe, connect to the internet and try again. But there is a link. The solution on Adobe.com, is that I have to disable my firewall. But still, then I get the same message.
