Can't cancel a subscription
Hello, I bought an Exportpdf Adobe a few days ago, but has not completed the procedure I had received no mail. I finished re - write my file
Today, I discovered that the money was borrowed from my bank account and I don't have any formula/product registered to my account.
I tried following a guide to cancel my subscription, but I can't do it because it is not on my account.
What can I do to get my money back? I haven't used the subscription once and I'm trying cancel beforre way that limit 14 days

Resolved by technical support Chat, I made a mistake in the e-mail address.

I got a subscription to Adobe Captivate 8 in February. Can I cancel my subscription 8 Captivate without penalty (as I'm moving to Captivate 9), or should I wait until the year is to be upgraded?
Subscription is not attached to the version of Captivate. You can download 9 Captivate and use the same subscription id. Make sure you disconnect from Captivate 8, as this is considered to be new use for instance of Captivate with the subscription ID.
