Can't clean install XP pro, the readers are listed as unknown drive

Hello

One of our computers crashed and does not load windows, even with the CD in. Now, I'm doing a clean install of XP pro, taking this as opportunity to repartition the disk.
Note:
-L' initial installation was made by HP / PC Pavillion
-J' already recovered all the data from the HD
Start the computer through the CD and takes me across to the top of the page. Here I see 4 discs, all say: "' unknown disc (there is no disc in this drive).
If I try to do something with this page, the blue of the machine screens with the following error: PAGE_FAIL_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
Any clue?
Thanks :)

Hello

Step 1: This could be a problem with a hard drive. Run the command chkdsk from the recovery console and check.

Step 2:  Delete all the partition and recreate the partitions.

Sorry for this long title, but this is my question.

Can Vision track multiple objects in the same area - objects that could cross?

Because I'm able to do, extraction of XY, but it seems that "IMAQ County objects ' don't follow framework after but framework opposed, but extract the coordinates XY always in the same way, as for example from top and whenever he sees an object, it retrieves the XY, but if the objects pass through (then it will extract XY without worrying that the objects was the earlier but just based on"scan from top to bottom").

That's why I open this topic in the forum of Vision no part: http://forums.ni.com/t5/LabVIEW/Sort-XY-by-closest/td-p/2440428

My problem is that we work with very small insects and the shape/color is the same for all.

  • My problem is: the photos are listed in descending order. I need them in ascending order.

    * Original title: Photo Arrangement

I have a real problem with my understanding of photo.

I am producing a slideshow on my travels in Asia over the period 2008-2015.

All the photos are in individual folders by year. I also arranged their by the date.

My problem is: the photos are listed in descending order.  I need them in increasing order - first photo of the last picture taken on a given date. Otherwise, I can't import individual files in my photoshow software because it displays the last picture taken 1.

I can't find a link or an option to have this way.

Does anyone know how to get the arranged in ascending order?

    With photos or anything else:

You can sort the files in a folder by clicking on the header of the
field you want to sort, such as the Date.

You can reverse the sort order, down to bottom-up,
or vice versa, by clicking on the header a second time.

  • How can I clean install Win 7 Pro on a series of 330 intel SSD using a Sony Vaio laptop as the source. I have the original disc and the authorization only

My Office HARD drive had a fatal accident and poster now under vacuum. It was a disk of 1 TB with Win 7 Pro upgrade to Win 8 Pro.I have records of origin 32 and 64 bit OS and wish to install the OS on a SSD using the optical drive on my Sony Vaio, which will become then the boot drive in my office.

    [Moved from comments]

You must do the installation on the desktop. You can not install windows on the disk into a computer and then move the disk to another computer and do work. When installation is complete, it reads information from the BIOS of the computer, on which it is installed and when you put the disc in another computer that Windows does not find the information used during the installation.

You will need to put the new drive in the desktop, install Windows 7 on it, then upgrade to Windows 7 to Windows 8 again.

  • Can I clean install on HP vista 32 to Win 7 Professional 64 with new ssd dv3

    Can someone tell me please

    I have 2 questions:

1: if I enter new SSD in my pavilion dv3, running on vista 32-bit, can I then install new version recently purchased windows 7 Professional 64-bit instead of 32 bit installation, or should it be 32-bit. ?

2: I printed a Wiindows 7 upgrade report and it says that my processor is: Intel Core 2 Duo CPU [email protected] with 3 GB of memory and it says my upgrade options are 32-bit windows 7 Home premium or ultimate. This does not change and will it work with the professional version, because it will be a clean install on a new ssd?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

    Hello:

    The T6500 is a 64-bit processor.

As a result, you should have no problem upgrade from Vista 32 bit to W7 64-bit.

You must start from the W7 x 64 installation DVD.  You cannot run it from a 32-bit windows desktop.

When you get to the install window now and click Next, the upgrade option will be grayed out.

You must perform a custom (clean) installation when moving from a 32-bit to a 64-bit operating system.

I'm not quite sure on why it is said that you cannot move to W7 Pro if you can upgrade to W7 Ultimate.

    Hello

If you have a recovery partition likely has been cleared by installing Windows 7.

You can try the recovery partition, no guarantees.

There is no Windows Vista downloads available from Microsoft.

You can contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send you a set of recovery disks.

They should do this for a small fee.

To reinstall Vista using their recovery disk/s, you start from the 1st recovery disk they provide and follow the manufacturer's instructions to reinstall:

You need to change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order:

How to change the Boot order in BIOS:

    http://pcsupport.about.com/od/fixtheproblem/SS/bootorderchange.htm

"How to replace Microsoft software or hardware, order service packs and replace product manuals.

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/326246

And if you have never received a recovery disk when you bought your computer, there should be a recovery Partition on the hard drive to reinstall Vista on how you purchased your computer.

The recovery process can be started by pressing a particular combination of the key or keys at startup. (Power on / start)

    Maybe it's F10, F11, Alt + F10, etc., depending on the manufacturer.

Ask them to the proper key sequence.

Some manufacturers have more available Vista recovery disks.

If this happens, you may need to try this instead:

You can also borrow and use a Microsoft Vista DVD, which contains the files for the different editions of Vista (Home Basic, Home Premium, Business and Ultimate) must be installed. The product key on your computer / Laptop box determines what Edition is installed.

Other manufacturers recovery DVDs are should not be used for this purpose.

And you need to know the version of 'bit' for Vista, as 32-bit and 64-bit editions come on different DVDs

Here's how to do a clean install of Vista using a DVD of Vista from Microsoft:

"How to do a clean install and configure with a full Version of Vista '

    http://www.Vistax64.com/tutorials/117366-clean-install-full-version-Vista.html

And once the operating system is installed, go to your computer manufacturer's website and get the latest drivers for your particular model or laptop computer.

And phone Activation may be necessary when you use the above installation method.

  • How to clean install instead of the pre-installed version + bloatware

    Hello

I just bought a Toshiba Z930 customized directly from Toshibadirect.com.  I also paid extra for the upgrade to Windows 7 ultimate/SP 1.

Unfortunately, the laptop is severely overloaded with dozens of programs of Toshiba crapware, and several of their 'partners '.  The laptop came with NO discs, and I had to create my own backup disks if you ever want to do a "refresh of factory' which includes all the crapware.

I contacted toshiba sales and technical support to ask to do a clean install just Windows 7 Ultimate, and their only choice is:
-Use "factory refreshing" disks which makes me always welcome back to a complete system of crapware
-Use Add/Remove programs to remove dozens of their crapware programmes - which will of course leave all kinds of residual junk in my system.

    Question:
Where can I get a copy of Windows 7 ultimate SP 1 (64 bit) to do a clean install in my laptop and then activate it using the license key that is located on the sticker affixed to the bottom of my laptop?

    Thank you
    Russ

You can get the ISO via the links which have been previously frequently published in these groups

But during the installation of the "Virgin" to win, you must then consult your PC manufacturer to install all the drivers specific to sys

You can uninstall anyway whatever you decide is bloatware, gift of the so will not affect the underlying system of victory and leave no residual undesirable (other than certain folders, you may need to remove)

BTW very little PC came with relocations disks, they rely on a hidden restore partition and the end-user creates the recovery disks according to the instructions of PC manufacturers

  • How can I clean installed Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit using a upgrade disc?

    Originally, I had a Windows Vista 64 - bit o/s office.

I decided to upgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit o/s

The first time I ran this 'upgrade', I made the mistake of selecting the option UPGRADE instead of using the CUSTOM option.

For some time since I've done the 'upgrade' I got BSOD problems including caused by video and WebCam drivers.

This is why last week, I took the plunge and decided to reinstall Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit using my UPGRADE disc (the disc is not FULL version)

    I selected CUSTOM

I saw, I had two partitions:

    Disk 0 Partition 1: Win_RE

    Disk 0 Partition 2: CDrive (c :))

I couldn't find an option to delete my partitions and perform a new installation.

I ran this and finished installing fine but did not format my drive and it change named my windows to windows.old. Things seem to be ok on my PC, now that I've done this, and I don't take BSoD right now.

However, I was told that I should be able to achieve a COMPLETE clean install delete partitions to force the OS to reformat and recreate the C: partition.

    The menu:

    Discount

Load the driver (I have no idea what is this option)

To make changes to partitions, restart Windows from the installation disc

I could not click on an option to delete/reformat my partitions and thus abandoned the process.

I then let the disc (forgive my ignorance) and restarted the PC. I dropped in the BIOS and set to boot from the DVD drive.

This did not do anything to bring up the WINDOWS SETUP option. It would simply start Windows after that, I suspect, he couldn't find the exe file to start.

Thus, while everything seems to work fine, I'm frustrated that I can't run a clean full install like what I'm doing doesn't work.

If someone is able to give me advice on how I can get the installation routine to show this option which would be more useful.

If your computer comes with a qualifying previous license such as Windows Vista or Windows XP and the certificate of authenticity is still attached to the machine in good condition, then the COST is reason enough to represent the compliance to the software license agreement. No previous required software installation, which means you can do a clean install with Windows 7 Upgrade disk.

How to do a clean install with upgrade disc:

Boot from the Windows 7 DVD

    Click Install now

    Accept the license agreement

When the option is displayed to select a type of installation, click (Custom advanced)

    Click on drive Options

Select the disc/s click on Delete

    Click new

    Click on apply

    Click OK

Click Format, and then click next to proceed with the installation

Skip entering your product key Windows 7 and complete the installation.

When you reach the desktop, click Start, right-click on computer

    Click on properties

Scroll down to the Windows Activation

Click the link x days before activation.

Click on the link that says: "show me other ways to activate.

    Enter the product key

    Click next

Select the Activation of the phone

Click Next when you enter your key page

    Select your country

Click Next, call the number listed

Be sure to explain your situation to the Appeals Officer.

Provide the installation generated when ID requested by the call agent

They give a confirmation ID in return, enter it

Click next to complete the activation.

However, the requirements for the media upgrade is that you have an operating system already eligible such as Windows XP or Vista installed to use it. Since the Windows 7 end user license agreement.

15 UPDATES. To use upgrade software, you must first be licensed for the software that is eligible for the upgrade. After the upgrade, this agreement takes the place of the agreement for the software that you upgraded. After upgrade, you can no longer use the software that you upgraded.

So, if you are always denied, you will just have to reinstall Windows XP or Vista and let it do the verification of eligibility.

    or

  • How can I clean my story of the Connector tool?

I have some links not more used in the history of my link tool. How can I clean this history of better organization?

    Acrobat Pro XI

    Hi Pedro,

There is no such feature in Acrobat to remove the history of the link.

However, you can manually remove the link from the registry.

I recommend you back up your registry before performing this step.

Open Regedit on your system and locate this key: HKCU > software > Adobe > Adobe Acrobat > DC > WebLinkEditURL > cWebLinkOptions

Once you open this key, you would probably see the string values that contains the URL that you entered in the past, and you can these values a right-click and choose to delete these values.

The key is valid for DC Acrobat, if you are using an earlier version of Acrobat, you can replace "DC" with the previous version.
