    Assuming that your spelling is correct, your computer is probably infected by malicious software. Download, update and perform a quick scan with Malwarebytes.

    First of all apologize for suggesting tools of Windows malware. I have noticed that you are using a Mac. Thanks to Cor - El for this note.

    On your machine, you have the following extensions. Is it possible to uninstall / disable these extensions and then try if the popup appears

    3. Shop.com Community Toolbar 3.20.0.4
    4. ShopBuddy 1.0.24
    5. Convenience store 1.1

    You can follow the below mentioned instructions [1] uninstall/disable extensions.

    In regards to Safe Mode, removing bookmarks, without this can't. That said, it is always advisable to make a backup of your bookmarks (and your profile in general) [2] so that you are able to restore from backup.

    I have updated all drivers for this graphics card (AMD Radeon HD series 7900) and all the surrounding drivers with the AMD software.

    I can't find any information, so I don't know if I should get a new video card (which seems to work very well) or if I should just ignore it.

    For your information: once you uninstall your graphics card drivers, windows has its own built-in drivers that will automatically charge the generic drivers. If in case it does not load you can search the hardware changes, this will probably load the generic drivers.

    Because the e-mail-support page does not work at the moment (after sending a message I get only a blank page), I'll ask my question here.

    Since the month of maybe 2 or 3 my connection to the WLAN networks is really bad. I have not changed anything, nor the version of Windows (Windows 7) or drivers, but it does not work as good as it was.

    A few examples:
    I'm sitting at 5 meters from the wlan router. Only a wall is separate. The laptop can't find any wlan network. With my HP laptop, the connection is good. I'm sitting on the desk where the router. The laptop detects the network but says Windows connection seems to be only fair or poor. My HP laptop has the best score of the connection.

    Anyone here who can help or can tell how to contact support by e-mail without getting this white page only?

    Click on one to select it, and then Ctrl + A will highlight all. Right-click | Remove.

    You can add remove button of the toolbar or use the keyboard as well delete key.

    After your done, compact your folders.

    Click Outlook Express at the top of the the folder tree so no folders are open. Then: File | Work offline (or double-click on work online in the status bar). File | Folder | Compact all folders. Don't touch anything until the compacting is completed.
