  Assuming that you have enough free disk space on the host ESXI 5.1 data store, I suggest you that you load the multiextent module as shown in the link, I posted and then clone the virtual disk using the vmkfstools command line utility.

  vmkfstools EI "clone.vmdk" "Windows w2k3.vmdk".

  The first line of the clones of the virtual disk in a virtual drive put in service end format, and the following two lines renaming virtual disks, so that you can delete the "old*.vmdk" files once the VM works as expected.

  Alternatively, you can also run the commands on the host ESXi 4.1 and then copy the new files hard again to avoid loading the multiextent module in the new host.

  I clicked on accept, even re-entered the code series once again, but the screen keeps refreshing, asking me to accept the license agreement again.

  Some components of the suite are available as the content viewer, browser widget and the Media Encoder.

  In a (probably) related note: I downloaded the package offline and installed, but it was problematic.  I could not watch a lot of videos.  As far as I could tell, I was not able to view HTML5 video (audio only), although I COULD watch videos non-HTML5 at least a few occasions.

  I scoured ever word of each troubleshooting list that I can find.  Flash is enabled in the browser, Active X, filtering of persons with reduced mobility.  Off hardware rendering (which took me forever to find a video that I could actually play to see this option!  (lol).  Everything lists told me to do.  Clear cookies, cleared cache and cache of Flash.  I also made sure Adobe cookies are enabled and disabled my antivirus and firewall when installing offline.  Still unable to view the video.

  Hey, I finally have solved this problem.  I posted the reply in the forum 'Use': Flash Player does not work.  I probably will never know what was causing the normal to not work, download page but if it happens again, I have more knowledge now and it will probably be able to find what I've changed that fixed.  I did, however, solve the problem of Flash Player does not properly after installation.

  Please do not take my attitude in this post personally. you are the only person who does NOT.  You happen be the only person who has actually responded on 2 different posts for more than a week each, and I appreciate it.  Also, you have done what I suggested in this answer and tried to escalate the problem.  I guess I can't anything if you get ignored, too, in that is supposed to help you.

  You won't find in programs because it is not a. It is a browser plugin and will appear in Firefox Add-ons (or Plugins for IE)

  You can download the Windows Flash Player 11.9 projector which is a stand-alone player, but it lacks most of the controls as videos have in a web browser.

  You can find the FLV files play MUCH better if you use VLC Media Player.

  I used it for FLV, MP4, MPEG, MOV, WMV and AVI playback for years.

  The soundtrack .mp3 on 4MBs that performs a loop, and pages are about 1/2 MB. When the site launches and loads into the home page, which was then the home page load other pages as requested with the radio/mp3, sometimes the radio turns off or loading will not give up the page I want. What is really bad, it's once a of these errors occur, I need to clear my cache of browsers for the site working again, that many users do not know how to do, and I of course want to have a site that works correctly.
  
  Not that I can really have a real conversation detailed on how I set up the site (being a newb), I guess my overall question is, can you do the work of Flash Player too hard to where these problems occur? It takes too much memory as he tries to load even more and, consequently, break the feet? I wonder if I am just trying to shave KBs away here and there, could this problem will go away? I'm assuming that the radio I have trying to load 4MBs value of music as my main page tries to load a page 1 / 2MB and it's too much for the player.
