    Hello

Have you used the Atheros WLan or Intel WLan card?
As far as I know if you unit has an Atheros WLan card you should always use the Atheros Client Utility to connect to some networks.
In this case, the option use Windows to configure my wireless network must be disabled. If you the Intel card this option must be checked.

  • Strangest thing: iPhones can't see the wireless network. Why not?

Suddenly, an iPhone 5 and an iPhone 6 were not connected to the home network. I thought that the wireless router was to have a hiccup. Reset it and still no. Control a connected computer and internet. Thought that it was a wireless problem, but check the settings (I don't mess with) and they are fine. BUT, I realized my iPad is always connected to the network. IPhones don't even see the wireless network. SSID always broadcast on. I tried to enter the SSID and password manually, but iPhones say that the network does not exist. It's the strangest thing. What would make the invisible network for phones all of a sudden? Both phones are differnet OS running. One is the latest version, probably the previous version. It's a FiOS Actiontec router/router wireless. Everyone has heard of such a thing? I do not understand how it is possible...

Try this on an iPhone. No matter which even with other iOS.

Tap settings > general > reset > reset network settings

You will need to enter the password for Wi - Fi.

  • Impossible to activate the card wireless network on Satellite L10-202

    Hello

I have a portable Satellite L10 that comes without WLAN.
I bought and installed an Intel pro wireless 2200BG card on the MiniPCi slot. I have also installed and connected the mini-antennes.

The device is activated but does not connect. I installed ConfigFree and the result was: "status of Communication Wireless: OFF." Switch where the arrow is pointing. "My laptop does not have this button, a plastic cap is here.

Also, the combination FN + F8 does nothing.
How can I solve this problem?
How can I put it ON without having this button?

    Thank you.

    Hello, Lucy

I tried to find the hardware configuration of your Satellite L10 202 (PSL10E) and now I'm complete confused now. I didn t find any information that this model of phone is upgradable WIFI and I do not understand that antenna WLAN is here.

Anyway, is recognized WLAN antenna correctly in Device Manager?

  • Satellite Pro A60 - installed Belkin Wireless but can't find a wireless adapter

    Hello

I have a Satellite Pro A60, and late last year, I restored the disk hard as he saw all sorts of questions. After that it worked fine, everything fine, reinstalled outside the wireless card. I tried several times to reinstall my Belkin Wireless PCI card that slots on the side, but when I do (using the Belkin internet software make sure is the right one) it comes up saying ' found Incompatible driver version. Failed to load the application '.
After restoring I reloaded the stuff about the tools and utilities disk (most of it anyway and all relevant esp network), after that I reloaded XP SP2 (would I have done that first?) Is this the problem?)

Belkin card tells me that I have no adapters (huh?) but when I go to the information system there is no problem of devices and Im not really sure whats missing - clearly something is but that? Im not great with computers so would really appreciate the help!

The device manager didn't show any problem devices.
But the installed wireless card has been published in the device under network adapters Manager?

The Toshiba recovery image contains a Wlan card and software driver Atheros Wlan Card. It is perhaps a reason for the problem, try to remove this software from the operating system.

However, for me it looks like you used any compatible WLan card
I discovered that the Atheros AR5001X Wlan card could be compatible

    Hello

Check Device Manager to see if the wireless card is installed on this device.
Can download the WLan drivers on the Toshiba page.
Follow the link that Joey has suggested.
You also need the driver for keyboard shortcut to toggle the wireless network card wireless.

    I have a Tecra M2.

There is nothing wrong with the router as my laptops of business is never a problem given the router and my laptop s son.

What operating system do you use?
Have you installed the latest WLAN driver?
Have you tried changing the WLAN settings on your router?

Try changing the settings of the router. Experiment with different settings. It is not easy to give a precise answer.

    Hello, Jeff

Unfortunately the USB DVB - T tuner feature isn't just as you think. First of all you will find information useful on the Microsoft Media Center page under http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/mediacenter/using/setup/addtuner.mspx

You will find it to follow:

When you install a tuner TV that is designed for Windows XP Media Center Edition, you can watch, pause and rewind TV live on your

As you can see tuner TV must be designed for use with Windows Media Center Edition. I guess that's not the case with the USB tuner you bought and because it comes with the software to watch TV.

By the way: this product specifications, you can find

"System requirements: Pentium III 800 MHz or higher, 256 MB RAM, 35 MB of disk space, DirectX 9, USB 2.0 compatibility, Windows® 2000 / XP Home/Professional Edition"

  • Re: Can't turn off wireless on my Satellite L500-21dts

I have problem with wireless that is I can t turn off. I have windows 7 and I installed the drivers on the site for this series but can t always turns off Wireless using FN + F8.
My computer laptop doesn t have the manual button to turn off wireless! Really I put t know who can support me.

I ve asked the dealer and maintenance team, but they can t do anything! There is no online support for the brand as Toshiba who s shocked me!
So I'm still waiting to solve this problem, and I guess there is more customers like me having the same problem and we need the real solution!

    Stand by. Take it easy.

At first, I must say that you can call Toshiba hotline if you have any problems and ask for help. If you visit Toshiba support page for your country, you will find this number, so please don't write things on the media. If you need you can find it.

I can bet that you didn't even check the Toshiba support page to see if you can find the number of the line.
Your dealer is typical evidence that they don t have any idea of product they sold.
At least, I assume that you bought for laptop computer without an operating system preinstalled. Can you confirm this?

    Back to your problem:
All Toshiba stuff must be preinstalled in the order of specific facilities. I assume that you have installed all the drivers, tools and utilities, according to the order on the download page.
You say that you cannot enable/disable WLAN using FN + F8. Does that mean exactly?
This means you cannot use the combination of keys FN + F8 only or you cannot use FN (Flash cards) at all?

Sorry my friend but to reasonable discussion, it is important to have reasonable problem description. What you wrote, it's two sentences describing problem and two sentences complain Toshiba support.

  • VMware Player 5.0.2 does not see the wireless adapter

    Hello guys,.

I'm having a problem with VMware Player 5.0.2 build-1031769 (the same exist with older versions of VMware Player 5 but it's the only one I currently have).

The drive does not recognize my network card Intel Centrino Ultimate-N 6300 AGN wireless on a laptop Lenovo T410. I have an another T410 with Intel Centrino Ultimate-N 6200 AGN and it works fine.

    Here are the symptoms:

-When using NAT networking it works fine

-When I use open networking, the guest (in this case, Windows XP) operating system said that the cable is disconnected

-J' found a few threads saying that this could be a router problem, but it's not because with the other computer laptop in the same network, everything works well

-When I connect to the network using the work of connection LAN (cable) filled without problem

-My Network on the host operating system works without any problem

-Windows recognize the adapter wireless without any problem:

    Device Manager.jpg

-VMware Player does not display the adapter in the transition parameters but shows a kind of virtual map of Microsoft:

    VM Bridging Settings.jpg

-When I run the virtual network Editor is the same: no real but adapter Microsoft virtual card

    Virtual.jpg

-J' tried to reset the default network configuration, but this did not help

I am running Windows 8 Enterprise.

I'd appreciate any help. Thank you.

Have you looked in the host properties for the wireless NETWORK card see if the VMware Bridge Protocol client is installed?  If this isn't the case, add (the inf file must be in the folder that player is installed).

    Hello

I use a scA-17gc basler and installed Vision acquisition camera to my computer (windows 7 Home premium).
