  Hello; the Acrobat version is the version of the update for the Acrobat software the XI is 11.0.11 that the operating system is Windows 7, the browser is Microsoft explore version 11 the pdf plugin is enabled in the browser.

  Press scan on the printer display, and then select the computer once scanning is finished it should open automatically with a default name for example scan001. If it's not automatically, you can find it in My Documents > my Scans

  While you can't remove individual documents, you can choose how much (if any) to show.

  Edit > Preferences > Documents > open settings. Everything you want to value "Documents in the recently used list".

  I try to use a test user to test problems in a new maintenance release of 11.1.2.1 to 11.1.2.3. My test user has been configured not individually, just using the WORLD for roles. WORLD is in these roles:

  Analyst

  Dynamic Viewer

  Explorer

  IR HTML Viewer

  WebClient IR Viewer

  Interactive report viewer

  The test user could not open the IR documents, so I started to change the configuration of the user. If I put the user in the role of Reporting and analysis administrator, I can open the IR documents. If I remove the role of Reporting and analysis administrator and add the content manager role and Planning Manager of the commissioning of the user, I can't open the IR documents.

  I remember the 11.1.2.1 documentation had a good word (in the thousands of pages of documents) on how security changes had made that prevent users from opening documents of the IR (and how to fix it).   No, it wasn't any error message. Just file does not open.

  Fortunately I was able to find the fix by myself: uncheck the checkbox in the settings of the security drive (improved)-> enable safe_mode at startup. Once this is done, the PDF files can be opened even if the drive is already managing a PDF document.

  Open Acrobat.

  Go to file > create > PDF from Scanner > Custom Scan...

  In the custom scan dialog, select TWAIN drivers

  Click on the 'Options' button next to him
