In the box "Select individuals", the statement is to "enter one name at a time and click Add, or select the names of your Windows Live Contacts" HOWEVER, we don't know don't not how to select the names of the Contacts. When I click on the Contacts button, I just get a list of Contacts but can't copy and add names to the mailbox rules.

  While in the message rule, click the Contacts button and then double-click a Contact , and click Add. That should add to the rule.

  Root cause found for this problem.
  Actually, it was due to some changes in the key of register, found a solution with the information in the windows forum. Now, it has been resolved.

  My email provider current (o2) have announced that they are interrupting the e-mail of o2 service in June 16. For this reason, I need to change my email address that I use for iTunes on my laptop. I logged on the page Web Apple ID, connected it using my e-mail address current and then used the dialog box change the address.   Open Windows Mail > click Contacts > right-click on an open space inside the right column > click Customize this folder > in the file types you want, click the arrow on the far right, until you see Contact, until it clicks > OK

  I have a friend who has 2 work and personal email addresses. I have his home address in the 'Email' field and business address in the "Additional Email address" field. It seems that whenever he sends an email to his work address, it is automatically placed in the 'Email' field and removes the personal address.   Yes, the changes have been saved. For this particular record I now have the address 'Email' as his home address and have the "extra" as being his work address Email. I'll send him an email to his personal address and ask him to send it work address me from his and see what happens. I'll let you know.
