  There are two stages of signature required here.

  My problem seems to have been resolved. A folder or file associated with BIng, I found a folder titled "bing bar). It was a subfolder called 'Bing Bar Installer', and it was a file named "BingBar.msi". I double clicked perfectly installed top and Bing Bar.

  I suggest you to remove the Bing toolbar from the control panel.

  I got msg from windows update that I have a big update ready to install.  Update for the Bing Bar 6.0 (KB2459075) when I try to install this update, I get an error msg "error found Code 1.  When I search the error msg, it says something about a language pack.  Before or since, no other update has failed.  I have the Bing bar that has been installed from a HP printer installation.  I had disabled the Bing toolbar in the original Menu bar.  That would cause the problem. ?  Can I just remove this update?   Try to download and install it from the following site: http://toolbar.discoverbing.com/toolbar/en-us.html instead of an update.  Who can solve the problem and provide the add-on.  If you care for it once it is added, right-click on the taskbar and uncheck only the BingBar of the list of active toolbars and it will no longer appear.
