  I recently get windows 7 Professional to use it on my desktop and have a dell photo AIO 924 printer.  I tried several times to install drivers for it, and the computer recognizes the printer is present and ready for use.  However, when I try to print something a window pops up that says the computer is unable to communicate with the printer.

  Hello i really need help guys recently i installed Windows XP SP2 on my Vostro 1015 and everytime i install the Conexant driver it fails with this error "Driver installation failed could not find the media device for this driver"

  If it still won't install then you need to obtain the fix from Microsoft UAA. (This is for SP2 - it is included in SP3).

  1. open Windows Explorer, go to c:\dell\drivers\R286583 and delete the R286583 folder. It's the Conexant audio driver.
  2. go to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/888111 and get the UAA patch. Install it and restart the computer. The patch is a patch that helps the SP2 to settle with HD audio.

  Please let me know which operating system you currently have on the computer. It's 10 or windows 8.1. Because the version you are trying to install is for windows 10. Also please go to Device Manager and confirm the card this wireless network adapter option.
