• Cannot install on mac 10.6.8 pse10

  I put in the cd of adobe (1 of 3) and it shows in the finder, but do not open a Setup screen.  So, I go to the finder and click on the exe file and it just opens iphoto.  What is going on?  Can someone help me?

• Error A12E4 cannot install one of my CS6

  So I recently wiped my mac HARD drive and reinstalled OS X and then everything restored from a time machine backup. When I went to base all my apps CS6, they would just fail immediately. So, I uninstalled all my apps CS6 using the Adobe cleaning tool. I deleted all the files in these locations:

  / Applications/Adobe

  / Applications/utilities/Adobe

  / Library/Application Support/Adobe

  / Library/Application Support/FLEXnet Publisher /.

  / Library/Preferences/com. Adobe (all files com.adobe )

  / Library/Preferences/FLEXnet Publisher /.

  /Users/ [user] / Library/Application Support/Adobe

  /Users/ [user] / Library/Preferences/Adobe

  /Users/ [user] / Library/Preferences/com. Adobe (all files com.adobe )

  Then, I fixed all the permissions on the drive and restarted my mac. Whenever I try to install anything from adobe, including Adobe Application Manager I get the error A12E4.

  

  However, I can download Adobe CC and install from the Application Manager, but I am owner CS6 and do not want to be forced to pay for the CC. I want to use my CS6. I downloaded Adobe Application Manager directly from the Adobe Web site, and again, I can not get this to install. I don't know where to go from here.

• Cannot install updates of Photoshop CS6

  Hello

  As I installed Photoshop CS6 on my Mac OS 10.8, I could not properly install an update. Whenever I get error U44M1P6, who told me to try to install the update manually. What I do and I get the same result.

  Ideally you should not use Mackeeper as it changes to files that may affect the work of Adobe Photoshop. MacKeeper probably thinks that these files not be used, if still use you it, make sure that it does not touch your installed Adobe Photoshop folder in / applications.

  This morning I received my DVD with Lightroom 6 Win/Mac. I have inserted in my drive superdrive. But: Installation on my MacBookPro was denied, reason: my hard drive format is supported by the use of small and capital letters - which is the way normal for MacOs and necessary for backup with TimeMachine. What is the use of a Mac-DVD which can not be installed on a Mac? Something must be wrong here. Would be very grateful for help.

  'Standard' OS X file system is not case sensitive. Although you can use upper and lowercase in a filename to the extent where the system is concerned 'Filename' and 'filename' are the same. So if you try to copy files with the same name regardless of the case so the copy will result in a dialog box asking if you want to replace a file of the same name.

  I guess in your case, your disks have been formatted with case-sensitive file system, and you should generally refrain from using a file system case-insensitive with OS X.

  Hi I have a Mac, running OS X Mavericks, and I can not install the latest version of the Adobe Flash software. I followed all instructions, including the uninstall and try to reinstall Flash, each with no progress. The installation program downloads very well and moved with the bar until 5% where the bar stops and I get an error saying: connection error. Please can you help I need Flash.

  I have a mac version

  and I tried to install flash and it will NOT be installed.  I have download and open and put my password, then it says recovery install then stops.  I uninstalled flash and tried to install it again and not will not.  I restarted my computer.  NOTHING.  Every time there is an update that I go through some problem with flash.  Help, please.

  I'm on OS X Yosemite, macbook pro 2013.

  I started having problems with Creative Cloud App. He showed an exclamation mark next to the icon in the system tray. When I entered application and passed to Medallion Apps, it does not display anything, except Guest to re - download app creative cloud. I did, but I can't install it, the installer says there is an error with the downloaded files and closes unexpectedly with an error 72. I already checked if all the processes are running, uninstalled Adobe app CC. Nothing has worked.

  I still have Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom on my system, for fear of uninstall them now.

  first of all, rename folder OOBE OOBE.old.

  to find the OOBE:

  Win 64 bit OS: Program Files x86\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE

  Win 32 bit OS: Program Files \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE

  Mac os: HD > library > application support of > adobe > caps

  Mac os: USER > library > application support of > adobe > OOB

  If it fails or isn't the exact error you see, uninstall, clean (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html) and reinstall.

  If you use an installation dvd:

  Copy the contents of the drive in a desktop folder and install from this directory.

  If you are using a mac:

  1. try to create a new user account in Mac with administrator privileges.

  2. connect to the new user, navigate to Mac HD > Application > utilities > Adobe Installer folder, locate products such as Adobe Reader, Adobe Flash, Adobe Air and uninstall the

  3. navigate to the user library > Application Support > Adobe and Adobe put in the trash.

  4. navigate to Mac HD > library > Application Support > Adobe and Adobe put in the trash.

  5 restart the installation.

  If everything is applicable above fails, check your Setup logs:
