Currently I have to move the folders of layers together, so I can select them and move them.   Symptom:

  Unable to delete several messages at the same time with web inbox in UC 8.x

  Conditions:

  This feature existed in 7.x but not in the Inbox web 8.x

  The bug is considered an improvement of product and will be dealt with in the output unit connection

  9.X.

• Shift + click on office selection horizontally when the items are listed vertically.

  So, when you place the icons, shortcuts, applications etc on the desktop and put in alphabetical order, for example, they are listed by column then row, so file 'A' is the upper left corner and the 'B' folder would be directly underneath.

  Same goes for sort by modification date and all the rest, but if I copy a bunch of pictures on the desk and try to shift + click to select, they are selected in the rows, if rather than selecting pictures, I get a load of unwanted things. Is it possible to fix or is - this just an intrinsic oddity because of how files have horizontally against the bureau organization vertically?

  Unfortunately it is not something that you can remedy. Believe me, I searched for years on Windows 7 and 8.

  When necessary, I usually open the files in a folder instead window so that it behaves a little more predictable in list view.

  If the file is located on the database server (or at least on its file system, where the back-end can read it) then you can create an External Table , you can use in a query like an ordinary table:

  where   prclid in (
                        SELECT  id
                        FROM    my_external_table
                    );
  

  Depending on your front end, you may be able to include the file more or less directly in your query.
  For example, if the file is properly formatted in SQL * Plus you can say:

  where   prclid in (
  @my_data_file
                    );

If I close and reopen again, they open in a different random order.   Just moved at Parallels to Fusion 3.0 and installed Windows 7 Pro.  Although I chose "more integrated" when I first set up the virtual machine, I have reduced since the integration and only my offices is synchronized.  Don't know if this has a any influence on my question or not...

  I can't select multiple individual files when you use Windows Explorer because CONTROL + click initiates a right-click on my Mac, and this seems to be done in the Windows environment.  I do this problem with Parallels so I am now wondering if I need to disable this functionality on my Mac (I have a mouse, mighty mouse, so I can actually right-click without needing to use CONTOL) or if there is a simple solution, based on mergers.

  The behavior of the control key is a preference under VMware Fusion > Preferences > keyboard & mouse > mouse shortcuts.  Adjust to remove ctrl + click as a right mouse and allow you to go through a secondary click mouse mighty mouse in system preferences (if not already set).
