Cannot save the pdf form

I have a user who is no longer able to save/overwrite pdf forms.

Facts:

  1. It uses drive XI.
  2. The files on our server in a shared folder.
  3. He is able to save his changes in other programs files folder very well.
  4. Others save their changes/signatures to pdf even forms very well.
  5. When he created his signature first, he was able to save its changes for a few weeks.
  6. The problem is only on his PC - when it connects to another PC, it is able to save.
  7. The message he receives reports that it may be a file reading alone or that it is used by someone else - but is not, and he gets when it is opened from his PC.
  8. I tried to delete the signature in the drive.
  9. I tried to uninstall all Adobe programs (i.e., Flash, Reader, Shockwave and Air).

Any suggestions? Thank you in advance for your help!

Problem has been resolved.  I just had to disable the preview pane in the windows folder.

    The default "Save as" dialog Acrobat DC is different from the dialogue box you had in earlier versions of Acrobat, it also allows you to record in the clouds and previous locations that you saved the files. It is possible that when Acrobat tries to connect to the 'cloud', it runs into problems. On a computer that uses the free version, the data entered in the form cannot be saved, only printed. What should I do so that these forms can be saved?

    If the person who reads your PDF file using Adobe Reader X or earlier, you must save the PDF in Acrobat to activate the backup drive.

    Choose file > save as other > Reader Extended PDF > activate tools plus (includes filling out form and save).

    Hello.  I use LiveCycel designer TO create a PDF to fill several and save the PDF files to fill static forms on-line.  I use acrobat X pro to allow the extension of the detector so that users type in the data and save the form, however, the right pdf file cannot save the data entered, except the data entered in the first field.  What did I miss?

    On the first field, look at the object/link tab and see what the link is set to... something .prpably like use FieldName. Now let's look at another field that is not saved and see what his relationship is set on... I bet that it is set to None. If so change it to use FieldName.

    If this does not help, what security program do you use? Norton & McAfee are known to cause this problem. Restart and turn off your security program. Open WinMail and see if the attachment opens in your PDF reader.

    When I try to edit the PDF form in Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader, the entries are removed when you save the document.

    The permissions on the form indicate that fill the form content are allowed.

    This form is set up with a JavaScript that resets the form when it is saved. If you have Acrobat, you can delete this Document event will save. Otherwise, if you disable JavaScript before saving, it not be restored when you save.

  • Reader 9.4 will not save the completed form of Pro v8

    I just create a new form that Reader 9.4 won't let me save the changes are complete on.  She can only look at one, editing, printing, but does not save the contents of the modified form.  If I open it with Pro v8, it works fine.

    I opened some forms that I created some time ago, and they work fine - view, navigate, print, and save the changes.  It's just this new form which will not save.

    Is there a setting some part that I inadvertently set which is the cause?  My customer really needs this form, but it is useless if they cannot save the changes.

    Also, I will check the updates on my 8, and now it's the v8.1.3.  I uninstalled Adobe Reader and not reinstalled - no change.  It also does the same thing (not allowing not saved) on two different machines.

    The document must be enabled for the reader to be able to save a document updated the player. To do this, select: Advanced > extend features in Adobe Reader

    Yes. Go to Advanced Options > enable Adobe Reader usage rights. Activate the file, re-register and then publish your site.

    Include pages that contain an array of webcams on one page or a page that opens several sports venues each in their own tab, or strip of video covering windows live tabs stormchasing chase, weather radar, scanners of emergency etc etc.

    An address would take the format on the lines of
    'C:\Documents and Settings\All Documents\Football results and Tables\UK.html'

    Firefox insists on adding "http" before the C:\ (and unlike IE, it also adds the %20 for space.)

    Can someone help get FF to accept a favorite that is not a Web site.

    It's ok I just solved it me, waived the need to type %20 for each space.

    I have problems with registration of .pdf files from certain sites (ex: Time Warner Cable) with Firefox. When I click on view or save the .pdf, Firefox opens a new window and I can see the document. However, sometimes it doesn't let me save it. When I'm at the bottom of the document, the Adobe menu bar appears, but when I hit the Save icon, nothing happens (note: in rare cases, hitting the record icon will open a dialog box and allows me to record the document; however, most often, he has nothing.)     Disable all plugins Adobe in Tools -> Add-ons -> Plugins and click the PDF link again. It should not open the file in the browser and then, and it might be easier to save.

    You can configure actions for Firefox to take when you open PDF links on the Control Panel Applications in your preferences.

  • HPDM 4.6 SP4 cannot save the files deploy subtask

    Recently, when you create a new task to deploy a file and try saving it I get:

    "Cannot save the subtask to deploy files.

    If I create another type of task it saves without problem. The only time where there is a problem, is if I am trying to add files to my task. If I try to add a file to an existing template, I get the unable to merge the error of the model.

    I have checked the permissions in the main repository, run the test, all come back fine. I even tried manually adding files to the repository and that's ok too. I can't find something as interesting in the newspaper. I should mention that we did a database migration recently, but I test all features and managed to save a task of deployment without problem.

    Try to get out of the individual tasks that contains files (in this case the msi Hotkey filter) I get the following:

    10.7.1.29 refers to a repository of the child, I have about 30 repositories of the child.

    I have not changed any configuration, I don't really understand how this happened, I can't even create my first Contact rules, scheduled tasks or create new tasks/templates. We are in the midst of a large-scale deployment so that any help ASAP that would be most appreciated!

    This has been resolved with the help of Chen_HPDM by e-mail.

    We changed the console.conf to:

    HPDM. NEWSPAPER. LEVEL = DEBUG

    (console.conf can be found in C:\ProgramData\Hewlett-Packard\HP device Manager\Console\conf)

    I ran the task to deploy the files again and had the following in the log:

    The Console could not delete a temporary file created previously called HPDM_Temp. I renamed the file and was able to create the task.
