Cannot update creative cloud errror code 1
It seems that many people have a problem with the update to the latest version of creative cloud. I am running Windows Professional 8.1, and the update stops at 5% and gives error code 1. When I search the support, the instructions should "Uninstall Creative Clout" and re-install. When I go to uninstall, I get the error "failed to désinstaller creative cloud to desktop. You still have Creative Cloud applications installed on your computer in need. "I have 80% of installed Cloud Creative suite applications. Adobe is for real? I have uninstall Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Lightroom, InDesign, Illustrator, bridge, Acrobat, SpeedGrade, After Effects and about 5 apps I installed just to uninstall creative cloud? It takes hours of work to uninstall, reinstall, re-installing all the preferences that have been customized in each app, FTP settings, etc, etc. Adobe, can you please just fix update CC, it seems, thousands of people have? Sorry if I look Smarmy but it's just a bit frustrating to spend half a day to recreate my work environment. Thank you!
In fact, I rebooted my system to see if it would work and it totally fixed. Hope this helps anyone else having the problem.

No need to uninstall other Adobe applications, except Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application.
Follow the procedure below:
Uninstall Adobe Creative cloud only.
Using creative cloud | Uninstall the creative cloud desktop application
Restart Computer after uninstalling cloud creative app. Make sure that Adobe Creative Cloud is not listed in the control panel > programs and features. list.
Disable the firewall temporarily. [Optional step]
Step 1:
Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe " common files".
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.
Step 2:
Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.
Open Adobe file and if present the file to remove Adobe Creative Cloud . [* important]
Impossible to remove? Rename it to Adobe Creative Cloud centenarians.
Step 3:
Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.
Type below command and press the enter"" key.
AppData
Then go to the Local > Adobe.
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.
Step 4:
Then, download and install the Adobe Creative Cloud app and check.

I tried several times to install software install creative cloud, only to get the message:

I have read many many posts here and tried:
Change my security settings to allow the download of applications
Make sure that firewall is disabled
Create a new administrator account to see if it would work
Try another internet connection
The programme of cleaner cloud creative (although there really was nothing to clean up)
I keep going in circles and not can't understand something new to try. Looks like most of the people have solved their problems through some of the suggestions here, but if someone else has found another way to get creative cloud Setup to install correctly?
I don't see much on the Adobe page itself on this particular error code, even if there is information on many others.
IM on a Mac Book Pro running OS version 10.10.5 Yosemite

Whenever I try to update creative cloud it gives me error Code 46...
Its getting boring because I just want to make the new update, so I can use my Adobe programs, but I can't do it because whenever I am to get after just update screen keeps having a loading screen in a circle that never ends.
