  We had users using the ODC in the past where a lot will not leave the queue until it is well checked in the Complutense University of MADRID.
  
  Now, we are in the process of implementation of ODDC.
  
  In ODDC, you could see that a batch is submitted by a user through the webpage webcapture; the user always sees a successful presentation of the lot.
  The batch is then delivered as one. PAK file and sent to the server the ODDC.
  
  Error during validation to the Complutense University of MADRID, the batch is kept in the engine of the ODC as seen by Batch Manager.
  But we could not find a way for the current user or Admin user to correct the index values , or return the package.
  
  Is there some features we are missing or do not know?

  Huh, there is no such thing as stupid questions, sometimes only answers are not clear enough. I should explain in more detail.
  I meant that you can manage batches that failed with the Capture of Document Oracle on the host machine, where it is installed installation ODDC (thus likely on server). Unfortunately, there is no way to manage the lots per page WebCaptureAdmin of the ODDC and no batch management can be done through the ODC. Basically, you need to configure ODC because it will be used for indexing of documents with the same parameters as in the ODDC. I was under the impression that you have ODDC installed on top of the existing installation of the ODC. You can always install on each other while taking care not to reset the database. This way, you have all the features.

  In the ODC, you had to put in place the .cab files etc. before being able to use the web client ODDC and WebCaptureAdmin to create profiles of scanning with indexing. If did not, create the profile of indexation in the ODC. Assign the same workbook used with scan ODDC profile to this profile. Like many other scan profiles/workbooks in ODDC indexing as many profiles I ODC. In this case, if fails validation of batch will be waiting indexing interface ODC under indexing profile name. Not the easiest way, but it is the only one I know.

  There seems to be a problem with the update of Firefox 5. I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit SP1.

  I was running Firefox 5.0 and I noticed that Firefox 5.0.1 was released then went to help - about Firefox.

  Running under my user account, the button apply update appeared, but when I clicked it restarted Firefox, but didn't update. Running in my administrator account, Firefox said it was aware.

  Therefore, I downloaded the 5.0.1 file and install it manually. When I checked help - about Firefox:

  -in my user account, the button apply the update appears always, even if the version shows as 5.0.1. and
  -in my administrator account, Firefox said it is up to date.

  So there seems to be a bug in the process of date back. Under Firefox 3 and 4, the updates worked fine.

• Need confirmation that my streaming rtsp for the WVC54GCA settings are correct

  I have therefore recently implemented the WVC54GCA for viewing remotely via internet. I use Verizon DSL Westell Versalink 327W bridge, with the latest firmware (4.4.3) I was able to transmit an alternate HTTP port (1025), which allows the two TCP/UDP to my static IP of cams. I was also able to transfer the RTSP port (554), which allows the two TCP/UDP to my static IP cam. My problem is that my router will not forward any additional ports other than 1025 and 554.

  There is a setting on the camera for RTP data port (ranked from port 5000) and I can't transfer port 5000. I tried to change the setting of the cam to a bunch of different other than 5000 ports (6881, 1024, 1900, etc.), but no matter what I try, no other ports can be opened through my router. It seems to work via routers firmware (i.e., it looks like fixing to 1025 and 554, which advance) but when I check the port using canyouseeme.org or RCMP the port is classified as closed or camouflaged.

  I am able to view the cam of my office at rtsp://camname:554 / xxxxx using Quicktime or Realplayer.  However, neither my phone nore my friends can connect.

  My question, since I can see the flow of mobile streaming outside my local network using Realplayer or Quicktime, is "am I configured correctly for mobile (rtsp) streaming?  What is a cell phone rather than a problem of configuration problem?

  Sorry for the post above, I confirmed that my cam is correctly mobile video streaming.  The video stream has been consulted using a Samsung Omnia and Blackberry Curve.

  I am now home and confirms that, even if I've implemented port 5000 port forwarding, this port is listed as closed via canyouseeme.org.  The power supply works well, so I'm happy.

• The use of password for show/hide forms - anyway to keep the setting "does not print?

  I have a George_Johnson script that allows me to enter a password to show/hide the fields selected (keys actually).  It works perfectly, but when I enter the password and buttons appear again, setting general/Common Properties amounts to 'visible' instead of ' visible but does not print ', and the buttons appear when I print the document.  I thought I could change these lines and print buttons...

  Open your main style sheet and check that the paths to the background images are correct.  I guess when you have moved the file time first css it broken paths to images.

  Otherwise, transfer your files model and the dependant in a folder to test on your remote server and post a link here we can look at.

  You can try to restore Windows back to a previous working state, and then disabling the updates so that it works this way.

  What I'm trying to do is to make sure a student taking the test, when they click the button submit, an image shows on the slide (essentially to help provide better feedback).  I have a set now standard action for the image to appear, but it does not appear when the user clicks on send, it shows up once the student clicks on screen/press y to continue - after the publication of the initial feedback box.  I want the image appears at the same time as the legend of feedback.

• How can I keep the "Open all tabs" button appear all of a sudden on my taskbar?

  There is a little weird problem which continues to be in my Firefox browser. It involves my taskbar and happens almost every time I use Firefox. Not sure when it started, seems like after that I upgraded to 11.0 FF but don't hold me to that. In any case, here is what I see behind my buttons of windows and applications open in my taskbar, I can see part of another button that is labeled as 'open all tabs '. Every so often, the button actually displays in front of my other buttons on the taskbar. I have my OS (Windows7 (64-bit) set to run with the best performance and Classic view if that could make a difference. I also note more frequent periods of FF becomes out of order, when I opened the Task Manager and close FF, the dialog box shows that it is 3 windows open when I have only 2 browser windows open.

  Please check if this happens in a new profile. If the new profile is correct, you can later copy the necessary personal data of the old profile.
