Carrier_Info.XML
Hi all
I work an app that involves a communication server... I got all the info on url parameters and how we send reqpest demonstrations api network... but all the examples refer to carrier_inof.xml that wil stored in "file:///store/netdiag/carrier_info.xml". where we will have this XML? or should we fill in all data from this xml file and save it?
Help me
Thank you
Adkins
the Network Diagnostics tool supports import details of suppliers using this XML. you have no need of this xml file to a normal http connection.
as long as you use os5 or higher, you can just use http://www.blackberry.com/developers/docs/7.0.0api/net/rim/device/api/io/transport/ConnectionFactory...

So I need help trying to recover a file. I clicked without saving on a lot of work and resulted in losing me a lot of pages of work. Frantically, I searched for ways to find this back but was left empty handed and even brought a software to help recover it but still no result. I found a method which I think may be a possibility to retrieve this information by going to the trash and the research in the recovered files, so I'm hopeful, however the FILE I want TO SAID OPEN it IS XML AND IT IS CORRUPT SO that WORD cannot OPEN it. Search on youtube there is no means to do it on mac, so I need your help guys.
Currently, on a Macbook calculated no laptop, if that makes sense.

A Macbook is not 'laptop' makes no sense.
You have not tells us which version of Pages, if you have never saved the file, nor why you try to open a file with Word Pages.

What is an xml file and how to find a missing one?
What is an xml file? How to find one that is missing?
In short, an XML file is a file structured data - in other words, it stores the data in a way that is easy for a computer scan and read, but it is also easy(-ish) for a human to read, too.
Generally, XML can be used for configuration or preference data, or for the exchange of data between applications, but there are a multitude of possibilities.
This means that, with regard to the resolution of your problem is concerned, that was no help. The whole point of XML is that it is easy for any application store some data he needs, so you need to be more specific on what application you are using and what XML file it is looking for. Only then can someone (possibly) steer you in the right direction.

I created a new library of more new playlists but cannot find the Library.xml file
Hello
I'm going to re - build my iTunes files from scratch, a kind of decennial event 'spring clean '. I have created a new library by using the command, click on application startup, and then began to rebuild new reading lists in the application. I can see the folder newly created the library that contains the new "iTunes Library.itl" file BUT I don't see that the iTunes Music Library.xml file. " There certainly must be one to save the data of the playlist, and probably "Get Info" should reflect today date' today... I don't see older versions.
Although everything seems to work perfectly I don't want to have to re - visit the construction of Playlists from scratch for the next ten years! Can anyone suggest what happened to the .xml file?
Thanks and greetings
You can create an .xml on iTunes/file/library/Export library file and gives you the opportunity to put the Library.xml file in your iTunes Media folder - or anywhere you like.
If you need to rebuild your playlists, you can go to iTunes, file, library, import playlist and select the .xml file.
Normally, you do not see the .xml file in your iTunes folder.

Hello I am trying to download an episode of my Podcast podcast connect and get this error?
Impossible to analyze your diet. Invalid XML: error on line 190: name of the "disabled" attribute associated with an element type "button" should be followed by the "=" character.
my diet is validated? http://beprovidedhealthradio.libsyn.com/RSS
It worked for my first episode? I don't know why it doesn't work for the second episode. I also use Libsyn if that helps.
Your show is already in iTunes.
https://iTunes.Apple.com/podcast/id1151562400?MT=2 & ls = 1
And everything seems fine with it and your diet. You ONLY SUBMIT YOUR FEED ONCE.
That's it - better to stay outside of your podcast connect account - only bad things happen to go there and play with things. Once again, your show is very well and is in iTunes and your flow is good with it.
Both episodes show when you subscribe - and your most recent episode appears on the page of the iTunes, general store with in 24 hours from when you posted it.

I can't open the document 'Pages' and get "the index.xml file required is missing."
You should post the related issues of Pages in the Pages for Mac community support.
You try to open a document v5 Pages in Pages ' 08 or 09 ' which does not support the format of document Pages v5. Exit your application Pages ' 08 or 09 ' and then double-click the document even have it open in Pages v5.
When you are in Pages ' 08, ' 09, or same v5, the red light on the title bar of the document just close the current document and fails to complete Pages.

Inability to parse the XML file
Podcasts connect tells me that it cannot parse the following URL. You can determine why? The URL http://www.nudge.online/Protest/Podcasts/hungerstriker.xml
I followed, as far as possible, the advice provided by PodcastConnect
Line 18 of your food
< height > 144 < / height >
The misspelling has given rise to the 'height' never closed and thus invalidate the rest of the food.

How can I recover the index.xml file?
I can't open a document Pages I've recently worked on. I get this message: I can't open a document, I worked on. I get the message: the requested index.xml file is missing. What should I do? Thank you, Miriam
You have two versions of Pages on your Mac and tried to open an incompatible v5 Pages document, while the Pages ' 09 still worked. You simply leave the Pages ' 09 (the purple ink bottle icon) and then double-click on the same document for it to open correctly in your version of Pages v5 (yellow paper with the pencil icon).

XML file does not appear if it is a local file and XSLT file is on a server.
If I have a local XML file with a XSLT file local XML file is displayed as expected. If the two files are on my server again that the XML file is displayed correctly. However if the XML file is local and the XSLT file is on the server (and the XML file points to the file on the server) I get the following error:
Error loading stylesheet: an unknown error occurred (805303f4)
Using Firefox on a Mac 41.0.1.
This problem does not occur on Safari
No idea where I'm wrong? Research on the web there are suggestions about changing the mime, but'm not 100% sure what to do about it. In

Guigs. Thanks for the information.
After doing some digging, I found this page:
http://enable-cors.org/server_apache.html
Following these tips, I added an .htaccess file in the directory on the server that contains my .xslt file, which contains the line:
Header set Access-Control-Allow-Origin "*"
And that seems to have solved my problem for Firefox!
Does not seem to solve the problem on Internet Explorer, but suspect it's a problem for another day (and maybe another forum).

What Firefox locale (UI language) do you use?
Try a clean reinstall and delete the program folder before Firefox to (re) install a new copy of the current version of Firefox.
- Download the installer of Firefox and save the file to the desktop
https://www.Mozilla.org/en-us/Firefox/all/
If possible to uninstall your current version of Firefox to clean the Windows registry and settings in the security software.
- Do NOT remove the "personal data" when you uninstall your current version of Firefox, because this will remove all profile folders and you lose personal data such as bookmarks and passwords including data profiles created by other versions of Firefox.
Delete the program folder Firefox before installing newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.
- (32-bit Windows) "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\"
- (Windows 64 bit) "C:\Program Files (x 86) \Mozilla.
- It is important to remove the Firefox program folder to delete all the files and make sure that there is no problem with the files that were the remains after uninstallation.
Your bookmarks and other personal data are stored in the Firefox profile folder and will not be affected by a uninstall and (re) install, but do NOT delete personal data when you uninstall Firefox which removes all Firefox profile folders and you lose your data.
- Download the installer of Firefox and save the file to the desktop

Where is looking for plugins on FF 40.0 XMLs?
I use Firefox on a Mac 40.0.
Up to 39 FF plugins to search XMLs here where it is stored in:
/Applications/Firefox.app/Contents/resources/browser/SearchPluginsI can't find this file. I have an XML part that is customized for DDG I want to use.
Thanks in advance!
Hi, Yes, Firefox 40 no longer uses an external file for search by default/built in plugins. I recommend that you put the .xml file in your profile folder.
If you have already added a search engine for a site (for example, this one), it should already be a searchplugins folder. If this isn't the case, you can create a. See: profiles of boards - where Firefox stores your bookmarks, passwords and other user data.
Because Firefox has a plugin DuckDuckGo built-in, you may need to change the 'short name' of the search engine a little to ensure that Firefox overrides not yours. Please see this post for a discussion earlier about the name change: https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1075655#answer-762666.
I have not any comments from this user to know if it was successful. Could you let me know if Firefox detects and uses your outsourced .xml file?

I can't open a pages document as he tells me 'index. XML file is missing?
I have an iMac OS X El Capitan
1.4 GHz intel core is
8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
I can't open a pages document stored on desktop because 'index. XML file is missing. -What it means and how to overcome the problem?
Hi Yulula,
The message means that you have two versions to Pages installed on your MacBook - the current v3.6 pages and previous Pages ' 09.
Pages ' 09 files are 'packages' and include the file index.xml "missing."
Pages v3 records in a different file format, one that does not use an index.xml file.
Pages ' 09 tries to open that file, where the message.
Exit Pages ' 09. Double-click the file, and it should open in v3 Pages.
If you would prefer to continue to use the ' 09 Pages (many people, due to many features supported in the ' 09 Pages that are not is v3 Pages), then for this file and others that have been opened in page v3, you can open each in v3, and then export the file in the format of Pages ' 09.
Kind regards
Barry

Open the document when index.xml is missing
When I try to open some documents on Pages I get an error message that says "the index.xml file required is missing.
How can I open the document How can I get the index automatically added to all pages documents. What is "index.xml"?
5.6.2 pages
OSX10.11.5 - El Capitan
You have two versions of installed Pages. Right-click on the document and follow the Open: menu (default) (5.6.2) entry Pages.
Pages v5 documents are not directly compatible with Pages ' 09, and this is the basis of the file index.xml lack of dialogue when you attempt to open a document in Pages ' 09 Pages v5. This problem often arises when Pages ' 09 did not leave voluntarily, and it remains open to intercept double-click documents v5 Pages.
