  In my case, path: 'C:\Oracle\Middleware\jdeveloper\jdev' is not 'system' folder, and when I try to manually find these files (e.g. search for-> *.xhtml_act) there is no results too.
  (during installation I chose full, don't Customize option, so all items are installed).

  in JDeveloper 11 g, the system folder is created under the Windows user profile. The documentation is incorrect in this part and may have been moved from an earlier version.

  I do experience lag when using "track changes" in a large .pages document (about 180 pages). I get the wheel of the Rainbow for about 10 seconds after completing each change, which makes it very difficult to obtain concrete results.   You will need Acrobat DC edit PDF files, and who will work on the system not on mobile devices.

  It will be possible by adding dynamic where clauses of views but probably need some trial and error to check the pages where it is needed and the complexity of the requirement (example: 2 admins should see the same course but classes that belong to their centres only)

  In addition, another option could be to use admin groups (R12.1) to manage access even if I think it's only available until the course level and not at the class level.
